They did a wonderful job keeping my furniture safe. My problem with them is the price. They charge for door to door time from their facility. For the cost per hour they should be judicious with their use of time. They sat in front of my house for 15 min on both delivery and after they were done. In the end that cost me hundreds.

Wonderful, careful, & polite movers! Unresponsive billing/operations department which overcharged me for an hours time. Customer beware!

I am very grateful that you guys made this move happen yesterday despite the rain, snow and horrible wind. And thank you for protecting my furniture by wrapping them first with pads and then stretch wrap.I am happy to report that nothing got wet. I was also impressed how you took your work boots off before entering the house after seeing that the floors were just done. Gentle Movers is very lucky to have people like you working for them. Very kind and considerate of not only us, but the furniture, the house, the yard, even watching out for the branch of a tree that was in your way. I highly recommend this local company especially to those who live or work in the area. Because they are right in Natick on Rt 9, their travel time is very minimal, huge savings. Hourly rate is also very reasonable, not the cheapest but worth the money. The movers are very strong and experienced. Cant beat that. My 9 room house including a baby grand piano was moved in 8 hours. I call this the deal of century. They were on time and well prepared. They called in the morning to see if I needed any last minute packing materials, showed up with all the necessary tools, the right size truck and all equipment needed for the move. Total professionals! Natick loves you guys.

Worst service ever, they are so slow and week movers I have ever seen. They will take 20-30 mins break to smoke and relax and charge you crazily at the end. I will suggest not go with gentle looting movers. Myself would moved the stuff faster than these movers. I am very disappointed
