Jim and his crew transformed my entire house. As a first time home buyer, I didnt have a ton of money to spend on the yard right away. Jim was able to use existing shrubs from my yard and transplant them to change the entire look of the yard. Ill definitely be calling them again.

We awarded our landscaping job to Brochu and they accepted. Then, after stringing us along for 6 weeks and chasing him for info, Jim finally told us he wasnt able to do the work. He effectively stalled our project until the window to do the work weather-wise was almost closed and all the other landscapers were booked. Needless to say, weve contracted someone else to do the work in the fall.Edit: In response to Mr. Brochu - we had lower than average rainfall and normal temps for April and May, so this is all excuses. Mr. Brochu overextended himself at the expense of his customers, plain and simple.We were very surprised that he would contact us 2 months after this review (8/6) and try to sell us services he had already failed to provide to us once. We have already retained another landscaper to do our work this fall, and even if we hadnt would not choose to work with Brochu due to his proven unreliability and poor customer service.

I have used Brochu Bros for spring & fall clean ups for a few years now. I had gotten quotes from other companies and they were right inline with all the other prices. Make sure you call early in the season because they get busy very fast!

Received poor customer service when I called. After explaining to the gentleman who answered the telephone what services I was looking for he replied with a curt, Ya ... as if he was being bothered, then proceeds to tell me that they do not service Framingham when they are located in NATICK, which is the next town over. Said it wouldnt be cost effective for me. Guess they dont want new business.

I have not been there recently but they are related to me and I would recommend them to anyone for their landscape needs....
