This store takes black tux fittings, make sure to make an appointment online first. Came on a Thursday night at 7 and the parking lot was fairly empty, since a lot of the stores around were already closed. When I first stepped in there was the store manager who was at the front desk. She immediately asked what we needed help with. Even though we arrived a little early, she took us and got us measured before our actual scheduled time. The measurement went pretty fast and we received a card with the measurements to enter in online for the order.Process was smooth and seamless, would recommend returning for a black tux visit. There was fastidious organization throughout the store, with all of the dresses (including the ones in the sale section) organized by color, style, and size!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing and altering my dress at Davids Bridal. My consultant Cassandra was wonderful, she provided some beautiful dress options that were exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on!I did have to get quite a few alterations made including hem, strap, illusion neck line, and bustle. Stella in alterations was amazing. I was feeling a little concerned about how much cleavage was showing, Stella recommended reducing the deep V illusion neck line. She did the work herself and it came out flawless! It came out better than I what I envisioned! 10/10 would highly recommend Stella and Cassandra!

I highly recommend coming here for your wedding dress alterations if you can request Stella. She was amazing! My first appointment after my fitting did not go well, none of the alterations were made correctly. However, Stella came in and not only fixed all the mistakes but made me feel like everything was going to be okay. After a couple visits the dress was perfect. I cannot wait to wear this dress on my wedding day! Thank you again Stella.

This is a beautiful store, right when you walk in everything sparkles and you get the bridal feeling! All the staff were extremely helpful and upbeat. I originally went to the Danvers location and had a horrible experience there so I was really just blown away at how much nicer the Natick location was in literally every way. I found my dream dress and it was so affordable too. I will be going back for all my bridesmaids and mother’s dresses too! From the moment my friends and I walked in to the store it was nothing but friendly smiling faces. We worked with Kayla, she literally made the whole experience great, she quality checked my friends bridal dress prior to arriving and then again when it was on. She was very helpful, personable, and friendly. Also she made sure everything went right for my friends big day. They didnt have her dress in Nashua, but they had it there and we left with it. I had a fabulous experience with Cassandra at Davids Bridal in Natick, MA. She went above and beyond while working on a holiday. It was my first experience trying on wedding dresses and she was very helpful in explaining what styles and sizes would look best on me. She didnt mind when my appointment took longer than scheduled. She was also very personable, friendly, and down-to-earth with my bridesmaid/friend at the apt and family who appeared virtually.The store itself seemed organized, clean, and selection was good. Sadly I need a petite dress and they do not carry those on the racks.

My initial bridal appointment with Cassandra was helpful in narrowing down my preferences. She patiently guided me through the process and provided honest, supportive feedback. For my follow up appointment, I was already pretty sure about the dress I wanted but Alexa helped me find the information I needed for sizing and alterations. At the same time, Eimile helped my sister find the perfect bridesmaid dress in the color, style, and fabric we were looking for. Both Alexa and Eimile were so thoughtful, and the overall experience was streamlined, efficient, and pleasant.

The staff was great. I got an appointment pretty quickly. I never had to wait when I arrived. I found a dress that did not need to be ordered it was in stock in a larger size. Karen altered my dress and did a great job. I asked for several types of alterations and she accommodated me. Davids should have more of a selection of dresses and bras, but overall it went well and my.dress looks good.

I purchased a bridesmaids dress from Davids bridal and bought the size the alterations manager recommended. I made an appointment for alterations and the seamstress marked needing the top let in and waist let out. When I went to pick it up, the waist had been taken in instead of out and the top was left untouched. I understand that mistakes happen, but I spent over 2 hours waiting for fixes. The dress is beautiful, but for the price of the alterations I will be going elsewhere.

I went in totally clueless as to what was going on - the staff was helpful and mindful of my budget. I didnt think Id walk out with a dress the day of - but Im so happy I did!! I had such a fun time at David Bridal. I needed to find a dress for a wedding I was going to less than 2 weeks. Although there was so many pretty dresses, the difficult part was finding my size. I fell in love with this sky blue dress but it was one size too small. I was feeling nervous that I couldnt find any dress and was stuck wearing a back up dress from my house that I didn’t love. The associate Elizabeth was so nice and calming. She ended up finding the same dress online and was able to get it ship before the wedding. Then she continued to help me pick out necklace and earring and showed me other clearances stuff. I am so thankful for Elizabeth help. She was literally like I godmother of my cinderella story!

We had a great experience shopping for a prom dress. Making and changing the appointment online was easy, and it was great to be able to shop in person and yet feel safe with staff and most shoppers wearing masks. The store was quiet and my daughter got plenty of attention from the young woman assigned to assist her. The shopping experience felt much more special than I expected, and was certainly more pleasant than my past shopping trips to department stores and specialty dress shops when last looking for a special occasion dress doe my daughter. We were shopping in late May, which is late for prom season so the selection was not huge in my daughter’s size, but she found several dresses that she really liked and ultimately one that she fell in love with. I was thrilled (and relieved) to get the dress after visiting just one store since I’m not a huge fan of shopping. The dress we bought was a bit over our budget, but there were less expensive options available that were also lovely.

I had the absolute best experience here. I tried on dresses on 2 different occasions and I was lucky enough to get Alexa to help me both times. She helped me find the perfect dress!! She’s extremely knowledgeable, sweet beyond words, and brought me my dream dress! She’s the absolute best!!!

I cannot say enough how all the seamstress were so helpful. Everyone went out of there way to make sure my daughter and I were taken care of. We had issues with the incorrect sizing and they did everything they could to make sure we walked out happy!! . My daughter started her fitting crying and walked out feeling good and so happy with the results!!

With less than 4 months to go before my wedding, I did not have high expectations for finding my dream dress in time. I was not planning on finding a dress at all that day when I went to Davids, and had an appointment at another bridal shop for the following week. I even brought my fiancé to the appointment because I was so sure Id be getting a dress from the other shop BUT I was in Davids for all of 15 minutes before finding the dress of my dreams! Cassandra was incredible- SO nice and helpful, an expert at matching you with the perfect dress. It came in well under budget and exceeded all expectations. Sofia was great she helped my bridesmaids and I find the perfect combination of dresses and colors to compliment my Galina gown! I wish I had Sofia when I was here looking for my wedding dress. I can’t remember the name of the girl that helped me that day but I felt very rushed. However, Sofia made finding my girls’ dresses a great time! Sonya kept the party going up front, she was great while checking us out and kept us laughing our way out of the store!

Bridesmaid dress shopping is no fun in general but I had a chance to work with a stylist there named Elizabeth, she was very helpful and friendly and I couldn’t of done it without her. I do wish they had more sizes and colors in stock in general though that seems to be a recurring issue each time I have to go for a bridesmaid dress. Additionally sometimes I was successful with their alterations dept but sometimes it was difficult to fix some things but that may have been more dress related and the way it was structured rather than the alterations.

David’s Bridal in Natick customer service is Fantastic! I went in to shop with the mother of the Bride on 4/3. Pat and Danielle were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were super attentive which was awesome because my Mom doesn’t like shopping or trying on . They made the process very smooth and easy. They even helped with accessories. The head seamstress came out and fixed her nicely and my Mom loved it . This is huge deal because my Mom really doesn’t like shopping or trying on. Great job ladies! You’re Awesome 😊

Went here for a bridesmaid appt. Could not even tell you who checked us in. I explained I was between colors and wanted to see my bridesmaids in the colors I was between. The style of dress did not matter. The David’s bridal associate argued with me back and forth to pick a style ANY color and she’d let me know if it came in the “color you want” I had to explain to her multiple times that I was still unsure and the whole purpose of my appt was to see my bridesmaids in a few colors I had in mind to make a decision. We picked dresses, she left us and never returned to check in or assist my bridesmaids. One of my bridesmaids needed a clip and instead of assisting her, it was handed to her to figure out herself.

The woman who assisted me with my maid of honor dress alterations was very kind, patient and efficient. Thank you for a nice experience!

If you would like service at Davids Bridal, make sure you are important and spending a lot of money. Other wise they will not have the time of day for you, even if they tell you that you have an associate helping you. They said I would have a sales associate but she didnt have the time of day for me since she was too busy helping a larger wedding party.

I had a stylist named Alexa at the natick location who helped me with bridesmaid dresses! She was sweet, super knowledgeable and was able to tell me when to expect the dress in! Scheduled a fitting for my Wedding dress and apparently they double booked as if that is my fault and basically didnt help me at all. All they proceeded to do was give excuses. Convienetly the person they double booked me with had the same first name as me. So clearly they made a huge mistake. My alteration was scheduled today September 5th at 4:30pm and my wedding date is October 29th which is already tight and stressful enough. When I tried to make another appointment they then scheduled it incorrectly again for the wrong location. Awful experience, awful customer service. Highly unreccomended. Canceled my new appointment immediately because clearly they are incapable of scheduling and quite incompetent.

The people who work at Davids Bridal are lovely, and I very much enjoyed the process of choosing a dress for my sons wedding. I spent an hour with the lovely women in alterations, but then had to cancel the work because the alterations cost almost as much as the dress. It would have saved me and the seamstress a great deal of time and trouble if the store had given me an idea of the cost of alterations before I returned for the sitting.

This was my first time shopping for wedding dresses and I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, but Cassandra was able to narrow it down and pinpoint the style exactly! Horrible experience with alterations department. They butchered my daughters dress that she is supposed to wear in her brothers wedding. Horrible communication and the seamstress didn’t even talk with her or check to see if dress was okay. Very disappointed was not worth $10 and was charged $160. 😡😡😡😡😡

In LOVE with my wedding dress. Geralda in alternations did a phenomenal job. My dress is beaded all over and she was able to make it perfectly fit my body and hem it without losing any of the beauty in the details. She is a miracle worker!

Once again could not be more disappointed with David’s Bridal in Natick. This is how my dress was shipped to me. There was zero care put into packing my dress. Despite giving this location a second chance, I will absolutely not be giving them money again. I understand that circumstances are difficult right now, however the lack of care and attention put into this is disgusting.

Everything and everyone was wonderful! They made a stressful experience fun and easy allowing me to find the perfect dress for me. Cannot wait to go back and say yes to the dress!

Went to try on wedding gowns for the first time at David’s Bridal in Natick, not only were my Mom and I so impressed with the large volume of stock and array of styles to choose from, but our consultant Cassandra was nothing short of phenomenal.Cassandra was an absolute pro, she clearly knew the stock so well and was extremely friendly and helpful to work with. My style was a bit tricky to pinpoint and she was an excellent guide! Ended up ordering something online to be delivered to the store and Cassandra & the management team went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I had an appointment to shop for a bridal gown on June 5, 2021, as did my fiancée, Jamie. We had separate appointments as we do not want to see each other‘s dresses until our wedding. We both had Cassandra Puzo as a consultant, and she was absolutely fantastic!! My fiancée went first, and when I got there everybody including Cassandra did a great job hiding the dress that my fiancée picked so that I would not see it. Cassandra worked her butt off and helped us both find exactly what we want to wear on our wedding day! Cassandra was so great at listening to exactly what I wanted in a dress and was super knowledgeable regarding the stock that they had available and different styles as well as which designers made petite dresses; she was overall a perfect consultant!! It was hot in there and the mask mandate is still in place in that particular store but she got me a water bottle and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Every single person I encountered working in the store was super pleasant joyous and seemed happy to be there! I would absolutely recommend shopping for a bridal gown or any sort of special occasion dress at this store and I would also definitely recommend Cassandra as a consultant! I was very impressed with the service at Davids Bridal. From the moment I got there I was greeted with a smile and helped to my dressing room. They took very good care of me and my wedding party. Davids Bridal has really upped their game. Making a reservation online was very easy, and there were lots of times available to choose from. The stylist, Em, was ready for me with notes from my online account. She helped me choose the colors and styles I was interested in. The store feels more like an intimate boutique, with great lighting, a large selection, and everything is arranged to easily choose from. Plenty of accessories, like veils, belts, shoes, tiaras, and headpieces are on display. The dressing room area is clean, brightly lit, and with plenty of mirrors and lots of room. Its a beautiful boutique. My stylist, Em, was over the top helpful and made my shopping experience enjoyable and successful. I would recommend Davids Bridal to any member of the bridal party, prom-goers, or if youre looking for a special occasion dress. Everything was constantly cleaned, and Covid protocols were followed to the T, which made me feel safe and comfortable.

The alterations person I dealt with just pinned the belt I had selected to the dress and then said one would be better I had bought 2 to go all the way around and she didn’t take it in before trying the belt on which she did after…. It felt like she was rushing

The dress ended up Turing out great, but not without some headaches and worries as they don’t seem to talk to each other. The original steamstress left and another person stepped in. Everything worked out great, but very stressful there for awhile.

She had other just in the fitting room area and she made sure a room was treated equally. The store looks like it was very busy but Danielle made everything go smooth.

I had such a great experience! I was definitely nervous because of COVID, but the store was HUGE and their policies were excellent. So many gorgeous plus size dresses, I felt so beautiful! All the stylists and tailors were wonderful. I loved working with my stylist, Kevin, who was SO sweet and a great listener. I found my dress after 3 tries! I had ZERO expectations of finding my dress and definitely did not expect to have such an easy and fun experience.

Had the best experience at Davids Bridal in Natick. Eimele was so helpful and I found my dress in 30 minutes! She saw my vision in seconds and brought me a few dresses that went with it and I loved the one I chose! Thank you so much!

When arriving to the store, I was told that I had one hour for the appointment and would be able to try on 4-5 dresses. I had filled out the profile that was asked of me prior to arriving, and was informed that all 9 of the dresses that I had favorited to try on “I don’t have them”. The dresses my “stylist” had picked out were no where close to what I had filled out online, and I said no to even trying on 4 of the 5. She then showed me the “showroom” where there was only about 45 dresses to pick from, with almost none in my price range. After my appointment, my mother and I went to the back of the store to use the bathroom and found a whole other stock room with tons of dresses, including 2 of the ones I had favorited in my profile and was told were not in the store. We felt rushed, and really did not receive any direction. The dresses were put in the dressing room in the bags/hangers, with no assistance in taking them out or prepping them to put them on. She was also getting dresses that were 4sizes too large for me, so it was difficult to envision the dress. At the end of my appointment, I was given a “swag bag” with savings and coupons, all of which were expired; most expired in Sept 2020 and one was even Dec 2019! Such a disappointing experience, and my business was taken elsewhere.

Cassandra did a great job! I was a little worried only being able to try on 5 dresses because of Covid, but she really listened to what I was looking for in a wedding dress and I found mine after only 2 dresses. The store was very clean and all of the employees were super nice.

BEST WEDDING DRESS EXPERIENCE THANKS TO CASSANDRA!!!! I had a terrible experience at Davids Bridal in North Attleboro last year before covid. I went to davids in Natick, with my sister in law shopping for her wedding dress, I told her consultant Cassandra the terrible experience I had at the North Attleboro location. She told me I could bring my dress back and do an exchange for a different dress, So I booked an appt w/ her. Cassandra was super friendly & down to earth!!! She listened to what I wanted/what i was looking for in a wedding dress. Despite the 5 dress limit the store has because of covid, it was still a better experience I had when i tried on a dozen dresses, unhappy, last year. I felt beautiful,happy, and confident thanks to Cassandra!! She made my wedding dress experience AMAZING!! 👏🏻👏🏻 Natick location is def worth the drive!! Updated store, better selection of dresses, more friendlier staff & a better environment to shop in. If youre in the need of a wedding dress or any type of gown, NATICK DAVIDS!!! Ask for Cassandra 💕💕💕💕 she is amazing💕💕

The experience at this particular David’s Bridal was “mind blowing” the Wedding Consultant went over and beyond to find my Best Friends Wedding Dress. She was amazing and so helpful, will definitely go back to David’s Bridal in Natick 🙌🏼
