Convenient and generally very good service. Occasionally the line backs up due to an employee being insufficiently trained or lack of staff.

The service at this store is excellent. I ship a lot for business and usually do it from home but occasionally I have complicated shipments or ones going to Canada so it’s easier to go into a UPS store for their expertise. That means those shipments are usually more time consuming and complicated but the staff is always thorough and a pleasure to work with. It’s a small shop and they do get busy but it’s always worth the little wait for their great service. A huge thank you to the staff at this location (especially the Manager) for making my job a little easier!

Love it here, great service, there is one tiny thing. The light gives me a headache, then I have to take Advil in the car, but I never bring water so I must dry swallow to pill. That cause a lot of gagging an overall hassle. More of a personal problem, but my young grandson, Stanley was in the car with my once and became very concerned by my gagging. He screamed which made my headache worse and I had to take a second one. Which caused more gagging than ever before. He cried.

Very customer service oriented - from packing, to shipping, to undertaking a delivery change request. All handled with ease for some very large boxes. Very grateful for the efforts and professionalism.

Such a bad experience. I had to post a folder that had to be sent and received back Boston- New York. There was a young guy who apparently didn’t know how to read. He made three mistakes consecutively on two simple addresses.Then because he didn’t know how to perform his job, called his manager I guess (a blonde lady) to perform the last part of the job. The arrogance and the unprofessional behavior could be seen at first instance. The lady started to lecture me, a customer, on how I should behave. Is this how a customer is treated? Is this what an employee of UPS behaves towards a customer? Shame, such a shame. Why is she still hired and performing her job when she cannot respect a customer? Such a downfall for the company, because this employee is expected to demonstrate the company culture and love of serving customers. Review her, fire her.

Though I didn’t catch her name, the employee who helped me was so friendly and personable! It was a really enjoyable conversation while I made two Amazon returns and mailed out something else. There’s enough parking in front of the store and a great amount of options if you need help mailing differently-sized items. Great experience with a personal touch!

I came to this store many times since my work is so close. The people in this store used to very very nice, for example, they never charge you for taping and they would take the trouble to tape your box. However, the good time is gone. The people at this store are all changed. the new people are very BUSINESS-oriented. they will be happy to charge you for anything, even a small tape. They would be rude if you refuse some of their charges. I will NOT use this store any more.

Saw an employee here throwing packages into the back of his truck directly in front of the store. After seeing that and thankfully not having a package out for delivery by UPS I plan on Sticking with FedEx. I feel bad for whoever was getting something delivered from here.

I had to get Notary done. The whole experience was great and I could also send out the notarized documents. The store employee provided great and exceptional customer service and she was also a Notary agent too.

I had a wonderful experience with the Natick staff - especially Sarah Kingsbury. She was very helpful and attentive. They packed a desk for me to ship across country and it arrived safe and sound without a scratch! And the cost was very reasonable.

Terrible experience. I went in to copy some flyers for a neighborhood function. I did not feel it was ethical to use my companys photocopiers for personal business, so I turned to Staples. The sales person to whom I explained my goal was incredibly condescending, complete with that lip curl and that tone, so much so that I turned on my heels and bee-lined for their competitors. I am blessed with a team who understands the value in delighting a client--clearly this is not the case at the Natick Staples! The guy lost my business and my procurement departments! Just because I was on a personal business run--doing mom-looking business--does not mean I do not have my corporate hat within reach! Delight each and every customer!

I waited in line for a while, and there were 4 or 5 people waiting behind me. I wish that I could have watched the employee pack my items so I could be sure that everything got in the box. It made me feel uneasy.

Ive recently been selling clothes of mine and items that I dont use anymore on this app called Mercari and I have been taking trips back-and-forth from my place to the store a couple times a week they have been excellent with the help theyve given me with printing out my shipping labels and sending my stuff out Theyve made it such a great experience and always have smiles on their faces 😊

Way overcharged for notary services. $10 per stamp?! And she didnt bother to mention that exorbitant fee until after it was done. Ive had stuff notarized at the UPS Store in Marlborough for FREE! Should have gone back there! Will never go back here for notary services!

No matter what happens here, the locations owner always says Im a small business and not UPS. She blames UPS corporate on every mistake or poor quality service. This has to be the worst UPS franchise Ive ever had to deal with. I now drive past this location to go to Framingham UPS, or to FedEx.
