M& H is fantastic. I first used them when my computer became infected with a virus. They were super responsive and fixed it remotely with in a few hours. I then signed up with a quarterly preventative maintenance plan and it was a great decision. Ive never had a problem since and my PC never bogs down because they run the sweeps and defrags for me.
