I’ve brought pants and coats to have it tailored here. The work is always very nice and the prices very fair. Staff is nice and efficient.

Nice people. A little pricy, but not outrageous. Turn around is reasonable quick. However, they consistently make pants too short. Ruined 3/5 pairs of jeans and they cant fix it.

Not only did they give me the wrong pants from my dry cleaning, they claimed that they had not lost them; then had the audacity to claim that I left my pants at home. They will not refund mistakes on their end.

They did a good job with a suit I bought. They altered the sleeves, the pant width including tapering, and the pant length. They also gave good suggestions while I was trying to figure out how I wanted it styled.

One of the worst shop ever. They commit customer that they will give them their dress on the spot however it’s all waste of time. Never ever trust them they charge hell lot of money than ever. They are liars, even after explaining them the amount of work required for my dress they disagreed . In short they don’t care for customers at all. Very very disappointing service.

Unprofessional, incompetent, and expensive.Brought my coat here to replace the zipper. They installed it too close to the fabric so now the zipper rubs against it and gets caught up every time its used. In addition, I received my jacket back covered in lint, hair, thread, and other material. VERY unprofessional to say the least. Not worth the money.

They ruined my dress. And the owner was belligerent and woyks not let me even talk. So rude! if you have a good piece of garment to fix, do not bring it, I beg you.Oh, and on top of the bad experience, she still charged for the bad work and held the dress hostage until she got paid. Now I have to take it somewhere else to actually get fixed.

They lost my suit because they put the wrong ticket number on it and someone else took it. After several days and a wasted trip I was able to get the suit back. In the end they refused to honor their mistake. To the owner: if you keep treating customers like this, you will not last long in the business. You lost me as a customer for good.

Great work and cheap prices! Got my dress hemmed for $14. Definitely will bring more things there.

Have had some items done by them and been very happy. But, they measured a dress to shorten and then shortened it way too much (well beyond what they measured).

I had to come back 3 times for a simple trim job - to shorten pants which were too long. First time the tailor lady made the pants so short they were up to my ankles and I almost had a heart attack. Second time one pant leg was visibly longer than another and when I pointed it out to the tailor, she told me that’s because my legs were crooked as her measurements are always perfect. The tailor actually told me that- my legs are crooked and one leg longer than another rather than accepting her error. In actuality the tailor did not want to take measurements of both pant legs and just used a single pin and said it was enough for her. The results spoke for themselves.To the owner- you are getting very arrogant. You stopped measuring both pant legs, like other tailors, you rush people out as fast as possible and try to wing it and as a result your work suffers. I will never come back.
