I called ahead the morning I wanted to come in. I only had to wait about 5 minutes. I asked for about 8 inches off, and the stylist was very careful to cut a little at a time to make sure I really wanted my hair that short. I appreciated it!

My young daughter just had a haircut with Cameron and she did a terrific job! Cameron made her feel very grown up and listened to what she wanted. Thank you Cameron!

My wife went for a basic haircut to this place; Lady who did the haircut not only ruined the hair but also behaved very rude. My wife wanted her to do Long layers straight look, she completely ruined it and right after the haircut she just went to cash counter without even saying a single word and dint even bother to clean her face & neck after the haircut (They advertise they do Hot Towel Refresher! in their website). Not sure how this location is staying in business with these horrible employees. Service is very bad.Would NEVER EVER go back here!!!

One of the best Supercut salons in the area. Check out Ryan, Amanda or Alex - they are all great stylists. Everything depends on the stylists as not all are great even at this place.

First time at this location and got good cut, a little shorter than I expected but it will grow back. Lacked personality.

Supercuts always does a great job with my 5 year old sons hair. He has been getting his haircut every 6 weeks at this location for the past year (and before here at the Supercuts in West Roxbury since he was under 2) and we have never had a bad experience.

You get what you pay for. It is luck of the draw as to the skill level of your cutter. Cards werent in my favor this time.

Full disclosure: Im not picky about my hair. This shop fits the bill for me: reasonable prices, reasonable waits, someone willing to listen if I think something needs to be redone (honestly, Im not picky!). Theyre polite & friendly too. Always parking available in this little strip mall on route 9. Easier to leave via the back exit by Ogas that connects to Lakeshore Road than trying to accelerate directly back onto 9.

They messed up a simple trim on the top and skin fade on the sides, one did is more faded than the other which looks retarded. I do not recommend this place for men.

Too expensive with updo on my hairstyle. When I just walk-in to ask my appointment. The lady at the front(blonde) doesn’t really welcome me probably because I’m the Asian people. She told me to call day by day. A day later I talk to her and tell her I want to do updo she make me hold line and asked someone to do it for me, she come back and told me $50 with 1 hour. So I say yes! It’s fine. After I find out I want to do Donut style instead she said OK. 10 mins later she call me back and said they don’t have equipment to do it so could I bring my own. When I’m arrived and start to do it. Some girl staff did for me not her. She is friendly but not really professional yet. So I help her to do my hair with my own bun and my own band. She just did to me only 10-15 mins is all set. I gave to help so. Look so ugly!! I’m not really like it same like a pictures that I show her. But I have to accept it. Because she try to do 2 times already. When check out I thought should be reasonable price but it’s not!! The girl checked out for me, I could see she thinking the same as me, that why she turn back and asked the blonde hair lady but she still charged me for $50! with all my own accessories. Upset with this cheating business a lot!!! One. star just only the girl to help me I understand cuz she just employee. But zero star completely for business and lady with blonde hair. Sorry, I am Asian but I’m the people so!
