The main reason for the score I gave was because of the wonderful service that I received from all staff that was involved especially Mrs. Rebecca Henry. She is so knowledgeable about income taxes and she seems to care about me! I was able to set up an appointment with no problem and the day of the appointment I didnt have to wait long.

This the longest I ever waited on my income tax then they want give u a date on your money I have lost my car waiting on hand r block they normally be good but I dont know about this year at all they want tell you nothing about your money

Ive been filing for 3yrs now, and all Ive ever been approved for for 500 and 250.00. I dont like that. Especially since they claim it doesnt go off credit. So Ill try somewhere else next year that will give me the advance. That I never in my time of filing taxes recieved.( not the emerald advance)

I trust H & R Block, they have provided loyal service to me, family and friends for years.

Yall are the best I use yall in my younger years and since I came back to yall last year and this year too I am a happy customer with H&R block I recommend yall too every one
