This was the initial visit of a new quarterly contract for general pest control. The service rep was thorough and professional. He noticed our granddaughter was present and was sure to explain about chemicals he used for her safety.

Love this company. They go above and beyond in all situations. I love that they use products that arent super toxic to my cats, dogs and children. I dont allow them to spray inside but once a year, and I really have NO BUGS! They treat the outside for pests and termites and very rarely do I need them to come inside my house.

Redd scheduled an annual termite inspection. I received a reminder automated call the evening before the appointment. I received a phone call when Eric was en route. The inspection was conducted, new pest canisters inserted where needed, & canister holders repaired where needed. Eric was professional, efficient, and cordial.
