Came in and it was fairly empty. I asked for a gel manicure with design. I was seated and chose my nail color. Halfway through the manicure, the lady who was very rude asked what design I wanted. I showed her a picture and was told no they couldn’t do that design. I pulled up another picture with a simpler design and was told that I could not get a design unless I got a full acrylic set. I couldn’t get the service I wanted and was basically forced to pay for something i didn’t want. Additionally she didn’t use a nail dehydrator or primer for my polish and my manicure was gone within 5 days. I will never come back again.

I was having problems with my big toe. I came here and the young guy hooked me up so good. I would recommend anyone to come and get a pedicure. Very thorough!!!

If, Im paying for your service I have the right to ask questions no need for a smart a$$ reply. The lady doing the pedicures doesnt speak or understand English very. Which, made it hard to communicate she also moves really slow 🐢. My nails came out very pretty. But,I wouldnt recommend getting your pedicure here.They really need to work on their customer service. If youre a native of Natchez Ms I guess thats what your use too. 🤷🏾‍♀️ 👎🏾

Now I love my nails like every other lady but I can see why everybody mostly wants the owner or his brother to do their nails because the little skinny man that works there( I’m not sure what his name is) it seems like he try to mess people nails up on purpose.. and it seems like EVERYTIME I let him do my nails they never last like every other shop I go to 🤦🏻‍♀️.. OTHER THAN THAT they come out pretty but they don’t last like I would hope so

I asked for coffin and only 2 nails came out coffin all the rest are straight, none are the same height, and my polish is so see through even tho I got matte black... My feet still look terrible and my toe polish is so splotchy plus the water was ice cold. These were my prom nails and I’m crying right now! I had the young guy and he didn’t even speak to me at all.🥺💔

I went and got a full set and my nails ain’t even and some straight and the other ones is curved and some thin and some thick it’s just a no for me🤦🏽‍♀️

I usually come in for a pedicure and they immediately turn on the water for me to soak but I sat in the pedicure chair for nearly 10 min before I had to ASK for someone to turn my water on to soak. It should not have to take a client to ask a tech to do their job. Despite the busy services, keeping client retention is vital. So if I have to ask you to turn my water on, you won’t be receiving my money or time again. Highly disappointed.

Wow I love their solar and gel nails. Meme does such a great job with my brows!! I goes weeks n months at a time until Im able to get back to them for my refills,etc. !! GREAT TEAM OF TECHS

Very unprofessional! I went with a bridal party and 4 of the 5 including the bride had to redo there nails or toes. I actually drove back to have them redo mine. They were very rude and charged me $15 to repaint my toes. Would not recommend.

If you got time to kill, this is the place to go. Sometimes the wait is long and it does get busy but you will walk out of there with great nails!! Love the people there.

Really great atmosphere, the staff interacts with all customers. Nail technicians are skilled, and they will assist you in picking out polish or anything else you might need.

If i could give this place half a star instead of 1 whole star, i would. The service was horrible, pricing was outrageous and the lady couldnt even add up our total correctly! She added more on to the price for services we didnt recieve. Nail length was uneven and she was visibly aggravated when asked to fix it, same thing with polish. I dont live here so thankfully i wont ever be in a position to visit this place again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’m not a mean person, and rarely write negative reviews, but I have had two bad exoerieces here. The first time I came to get my brows waxed. I walked away with small open, second degree burns under my brows that took weeks to heal, because the wax was to hot. Fast forward another year. I decided to try them for a mani. They finally had me sit at a nail chair, where I waited for nearly 40 minutes with no help or telling me how much longer it would be. I finally walked out because I can’t waste my time or money with that kind of incompetence.

Always enjoy my time here. They do get a lot of service so it can be busy at times but I always go soon after they open...not much wait time then.

Went here to get my nails and toes done which I did he charge me 65 a couple days later my right index finger end up catching an infection I wish I could post the pic tried to talk to him about the infection he didn’t want to listen so my next move which is already in process is to SUE

I came in, smiled, spoke, and sat down because everyone looked too busy to speak back. Waited while workers looked at me and smiled. A lady came in 20 mins after me and they put her in a chair so I left. Dont want my money, dont need your service.
