Very unprofessional staff. When I rented the car through my insurance company they didn’t service the car, it wasn’t cleaned, had a foul odor and also I had to take their car to be serviced and sat at Firestone in Natchez, MS for almost five hours straight waiting for their vehicle to get oil and tires changed. When I picked it up the receptionist told me that everything was good and the service light was just blinking but they had it serviced before I came. Come to find out that all four tires were bad and were about to blow and I had been traveling to work and to Texas for work in this car over and over and could’ve had a serious accident and hurt myself and someone else. Enterprise kept constantly charging my card with different fees but couldn’t explain to me what the fees were for. When returning the car the lying manager told me that he would refund me $50 and he never did but he managed to charge my credit card for a fee he couldnt explain to me what it was for. They are very unprofessional and childish at this location. After calling the manager to speak with him he was very unprofessional and hung the phone up in my face. I feel every employee at this location need to be gone and find a whole new staff that can run this location who is professional and have customer service experience. The manager is a complete liar along with the other staff members. They don’t inspect nor clean their cars so people be careful renting from these people and take something to professionally clean the car if you really need to rent from this location. The vehicles already have scratches and other things wrong with them and they try to blame the next customer for whatever they find wrong with the car. These are some very trifling employees and I never want to rent from Enterprise again in the future. I’ve had several bad experiences with these people at the Natchez, MS location but this time I had to speak up about it because they seem to be getting worse instead of better. Someone need to put these people into training and teach them how to speak to people and how to be professional when the customer call or come by the location. The manager is which did it in for me because he stood in my face and told a lie that he would refund me because they had me to return the car even after I was paying out of pocket after my insurance was finish paying the amount of days for a rental that they would allow. If corporate don’t step in and get these people under control this location will be closing as well. I’ve read several reviews where people are unhappy with them. I’ve rented from Hertz before and it was a pleasant and decent experience. Only if it was another car rental company in Natchez, MS Enterprise wouldn’t get any business. People only deal with them because they have to. Cars got cigarettes holes in the seats, you’re finding other people items that previously had rented the car under the seat and everything. All type of disgusting mess you find in these vehicles when you rent them. I had to go out and buy air fresheners for the car and that didn’t override the odor that was in this car.

Booked a vehicle for noon and when we arrived, we were told the vehicle wasn’t there. The people who were supposed to have it back, we’re expected to be back in about 2 hours. We had to wait until they arrived.
My experience with Enterprise was horrible. First of all Hammond Enterprise was sold out so I made a reservation at what I thought was the Mccomb Mississippi location. I drove 50 minutes to the Mccomb location just to find a note on the door that they had moved to a Natchez Mississippi location. I had already spoken with the receptionist on the phone twice to let her know I was on my way to pick up the rental car and not one time did she tell me they moved to Natchez. So I have to drive another hour and a half to Natchez Mississippi to get the rental car and once I got there, the receptionist had the nerve to tell me that they don’t rent to people who live in Tickfaw, Louisiana unless they have a credit card. Well I don’t have a credit card so she said she couldn’t rent to me. Next she stated that since I didn’t live Within a 50 mile radius she couldn’t rent to me. So I was very angry at this point because I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for over 10 years and never once did I hear this craziness that she was saying. I know that if I rent a luxury vehicle I had to have a credit card but I was renting a regular standard size vehicle. I also would have been in the 50 mile radius if the Enterprise in Mccomb Mississippi where my reservation was for was open. This was a horrible situation because the website allowed me to book my reservation at a closed location that’s still listed on the website today. So after basically arguing back and forth with the receptionist about how inconvenienced I was she said well I’m gone give you a car but this is a one time thing. I said fine because you don’t ever have to worry about me renting from this nasty Enterprise again. The car was half cleaned, seats were wet, and it had dead bugs on the dashboard so I know it wasn’t cleaned but at that point I had no other choice but to take it. This was the worst experience ever. I just want to give a shout out to Hammond Louisiana Enterprise because they are very professional and make sure that you are satisfied. They go over and beyond to take care of their customers. If my trip was refundable I would have never rented from the Enterprise in Natchez Mississippi. Corporate, you guys really need to train the receptionist on what good customer service is!Please don’t rent from the Natchez Mississippi branch. They are too unprofessional. Have a great day!
The rental car was ok, smelled like it used to be a smoking car, but it got me to where I was going. But the reason Im going two stars is the customer service of the Natchez, MS location. Dropped the rental car off about 9:50 am; return time was at 10. Tuesday 27, 2020, hurricane Laura was creating horizontal rain with 27 mph winds outside. I ran to the front of the building to go inside and return the key, since I did not see a drop box I could just put the key into from the outside. Once inside, the employees told me to go back outside, in the horizontal rain and 27 mph winds, and they will be with me shortly. GO OUTSIDE, because of COVID, during a HURRICANE. I had my mask on, and I was 10 feet away from the counter or any other employees, why wasnt that enough? My ride to take me home was not there yet, so I told the employee to take the key, and I waited in the rental car until my ride got there about 9:57. The Enterprise location of Natchez needs major improvement, and if the employees are so worried about COVID that they are ok with me sitting outside in hurricane weather, then maybe Enterprise needs to evolve the office to protect their staff better or give them a presentation on better customer service.Rental agreement 121VZG
Great service and employees at Enterprises Natchez location. They worked with me with any problems that I had and corrected them as quickly as possible. I have always heard these horror stories about Enterprise being difficult to rent a vehicle but in my own experience it was easy. I have Enterprises that are closer to me than the Natchez location but since it was as easy as it was to rent a vehicle on my last experience, I will drive the extra 30 miles to deal with the same group. I will be renting a car a lot more in the future. Thanks for the good service
I was stranded in Natchez and reserved a rental online.got a ride to the Natchez store to be told to stay outside in the snow and ice because of COVID. I had on my mask and was at least 10 feet away. With 3 different employees in the building and i assum there friends. Left me out in the snow and ice to find out when someone did come out that because i did not have a major credit card i could not rent a car from them. My bank credit card could not be used. Which in the past i have rented with in the past several times. I have rented in the past from Enterprise many, many time in the USA and out side. But was told becauae i didnt have a major credit card like Capital One or American Express they would not rent to me. I also handle rental for the company i work for was told they could not rent. To me.But call my company they can rent. I told them being I am not at work today it cant be done. Do not go to this location.These people are rude and just dont care . Again my car was reserved online.Enterprise you have a issue that needs to be dealt with. Get some grownups to run ur location. This is a terrible place to even try to go. Needless to say i had to rent a Uhaul to get home and spend over 489. Bucks to get home. Sad that you can rent a big truck with a credit card that cosg three times a car does but i have definitely left enterprise as a unhappy customer. Dont go to the Natchez location

Was almost impossible to do business with, first after losing our reservation and running out of cars, when one came in they wouldn’t rent because the I didn’t live at the old address on my license, even though I brought two different proofs of residence. Luckily we found another outside of town or else I would have had to cancel a trip I spent over a grand preparing for, Ive had no problems from most enterprises but this one was so difficult to do business with.
Don’t go to the enterprise on Airport Boulevard they are very very slow and they put other people in front of you.
My rental car was lovely. I was annoyed that every time I got into the car the change engine oil light was on. I contacted Enterprise and they stated “just ignore the light, we change our oil every 5k miles”. I was worried and afraid that if the engine locked up then I would be responsible. Also I waited over an hour to get my rental when I called in and answered everything over the phone.
EVERYbody was so friendly. It was just great to go somewhere and see smiles on peoples faces. It was really infectious. My rental was done quickly and efficiently. I was on my lunch break and the young lady got me in and out so fast I had time to pick up a sandwich before I went back to work. My return was just as speedy and done professionally. The ladies and gentlemen at the Natchez Enterprise are the nicest people and they make sure you are satisfied from the time you come in to rent a vehicle until the time you return your vehicle. That includes the gentleman who took me back to my home too. He was very nice. I reccomend this Enterprise highly to anyone needing to rent a vehicle.

Enterprise has a nice selection of vehicles to rent, but its aggravating to have to give the same information every time you want to rent a car. I had to give three references, and show two bills for proof of address. However, this is only for those who dont have a major credit card. Enterprise needs to figure out a way to store that information in their system for those of us who uses a debit card, like me. I wish that they would drop the $200 deposit, also.This is why I only gave 4-stars.

Reservation department the people are very rude. They hang up on you or rush you off of the phone. When you make a reservation and go to pick up the car they never have any. Whats the point in a reservation if they dont have a car reserved. The meaning of the word reserve is to save. With that being said reservations mean nothing to these people. They actually deserve no stars
Terrible! Even with an reservation (3 different times in a row) they did absolutely no good for me. They didn’t care to try and help me. I’d rather drive 2 hours out of my way to rental some where else!
The service and friendliness of the agent was very good but I dont know my return date was a holiday and she never told me that and I was freaking out not knowing how I was going to return this car and get charged for another day until my niece told me that they have a drop box they need to let customers know about that drop box
I was very disappointed in my rental experience. I got a car that had both the front and rear seats so stained that I didnt really want to sit in them. The check engine light was on at the time of the rental, and I was told it will go out after 10-15 minutes. 450 miles later, the light stayed on. No washer fluid to clear the windshield, and the interior windows were so film covered that it was hard to see out of them at night.I was also given a rental car with no cruise control, even though my rental was clearly a 1-way rental with 450 miles of driving. Felt like I was given the worst car in their inventory at the origin location, since it was going to be taken one way to another state/location.Again, very disappointed in my experience and likely will not rent from Enterprise again.
I absolutely will NEVER do business with Enterprise of Natchez, MS or any Enterprise ever again for that fact. I have had the abosoute worst experience ever. With no help from the main office other that an Awh and Im sorry. It was a disaster. My car was totaled last week. The rental was being paid for by insurance company which had the account listed as my father the primary owner and me as a driver. I get to the place and the car was an hour later than said time it would be ready not to mention that no one told me I needed a cc in my name til this morning. My dad, who has just been diagnosed with cancer, told me to put the deposit on his cc. They wont accept the card bc my name is not on it😒 so after calling the main office and hearing their vain attempts of being sincere, I had to use money (electric bill money) that I didnt need to spend. No help from anyone!! All they could say is that bs about if it was fraud with the cc they didnt want to take that chance. But hello?! My dads name is on the policy paying for the rental!!!!!
Mika (not certain of spelling) was very rude. When I asked her questions about my reservation she had an attitude, her answers were very short, and she acted as if she was tired of talking to me. On each occasion I entered Enterprise - Natchez she looked at me and did not speak or acknowledge my entry into the building. This is not what I would expect from an Enterprise employee or anyone working in customer service for that matter. I was very put off each time I dealt with her and my experience was not pleasurable. My reservation could not be found in the system and I was given a car that did not work properly. The only bright spot in this rental experience was Yolanda who was very pleasant and helpful. She matched the price of my reservation and switched out the cars to give me one that was fully functional. Although Yolanda was great, I wish I would have rented a car from the airport in Jackson (Hertz, Alamo, etc.) instead of Enterprise - Natchez.
I always receive the best Customer Service when I am at Enterprise. Theyre a great staff that really seem to care about their customers.

Completely Pathetic and not even worth one star except for the corporate rate I received. Second time Ive had to rent here due to no other rental place around. Dont even plan to get there before 9 cause nobody that can do anything will be there. Car was dirty and smelled. And this was the first time Ive ever picked up a car that wasnt filled up. Next time Ill prob just goto Baton Rouge airport to pick up a rental instead of wasting my time dealing with this sorry excuse for a rental outfit.

Frost off the car I had reserved two days ago was there even though i had it reserved, and by this being my frist time to rent from them I would expect some understanding for the workers on their polices... Have used the site in Natchez before . was fairly pleased the first time. This visit I was told the SUV I had reserved had hail damage and they were upgrading me to a minivan . ?? Upgrade ?? Then I was told they dont have parking anymore so I wouldnt be able to leave my car . yet I live too far away to be picked up. Dilemna !!! Eventually they did allow me to park there until my return . the staff is OK. They try to be helpful. No big problem there but the vehicles dont seem to be there when you arrive . and they dont have very many available from the look of the lot. Only 8 or 10 vehicles there to choose from. Both times I was there I didnt get the vehicle I reserved online . apparently its the only game in town so not much choice . but the lot and selection of vehicles really needs to be upgraded.
Fast, friendly, and a staff of people who so obviously enjoy what they are doing and who they are doing it with. And for,, that they left me with a smile that wont soon go away.

Horrible experience where rates were not as quoted. Never had these issues with any other Enterprise location. Tried to get higher management involved and they said they would look into it and call back. Never did.
The employees are very polite and respectful of any situation as long as you dont be disrespectful to them we had problems with our bank card three days in a row and they still never got irritated or acted like we were wasting there time

Horrible my first experience with them and will be my last I will never deal with enterprise again ever they didnt walk over the car well it was missing the antenna and had two dents on the roof and I told them upon receiving the car and upon returning it they are making me go through there claims department Mika or however the womans name is spelled needs to be fired she is not doing her job right and is making trouble for everyone else and the car was dirty upon receiving it
