Great location, beds comfortable, apartment overall was good except mold was in the window of the shower and on the shower head, smoking should be allowed in the courtyard due to it being outside in an open area, the smoking area was located outside of the gate in the sun.

Our stay at McMillin court was amazing! The rooms were clean, the staff was super responsive, and the location was a great distance from the hustle and bustle of Broadway. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Its cheap, small, and is relatively close to downtown and midtown. Nothing fancy.

Our stay at McMillin Court in Nashville was a wonderful experience! Every room was decorated with some original art and some interesting history about Nashville.All the amenities were available from toiletries and clean, crisp, comfortable bedding to complimentary coffee that started us off on a great weekend of rest and relaxation!The location is close to some of the great shopping and eating districts in Nashville and even though we were in the heart of town, the nights were incredibly quiet and the security was top notch. When we didn’t want to get out, jacksbarbque.com was right next door with some of the best brisket that Nashville has to offer.Communication was great! We received an email with all of the details we needed to know as well as a contact phone number to call if we needed anything.This property has other units surrounding it and they all share a courtyard where there is a meeting area and a beautiful water feature. It’s the perfect place for a family reunion where everyone has their own space. We will be back!!

Wonderful place to stay. The beds are soooo comfortable. Everything you need is supplied. Neat, clean and very secure. Security meet us and showed us how to operate the gate and answered all our questions. Easy access to everything Nashville. Jacks BBQ located in parking lot. Best BBQ I have ever had. Looking for somewhere to stay. In Nashville, look no further. This place is A+. Thanks for a great weekend.

The room was very clean and well maintained. There is a main parking lot and an additional lot across the street, both were secure.

Stayed here on a Bachelorette trip this past weekend. It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here instead of a normal hotel. They had a full kitchen and very spacious living areas. It was like a mini home away from home.

Stayed here for a week. Perfect little two bedroom apartment. Close enough to everything. Loved having a fridge, microwave, and laundry room available. Quiet for most nights, although Saturday was a party. Service was great and fixed the one issue we had with the shower within 30 min. Would definitely recommend to anyone on a budget who doesnt want to stay downtown.

Surprised with early check in, by sister and I got an early start on our girls weekend. When we opened the door, we were thrilled with the space. The rooms were very clean and stocked with many amenities. The on site property manager greeted us and even helped with our luggage, as we had an upstairs room. Our stay was wonderful. We were even given a few extra hours with a complimentary late check out. If it were for these reasons only, I would give this property a five star rating. However, my story doesnt end on the day we left. Nearly 24 hours after checking out, I realized I left a very expensive purse and wallet in the closet. I immediately began calling. The room had already been cleaned. I knew the purse and wallet were gone. One hour later, my husband and i received a call from the property manager that my purse and wallet had been found by the cleaning staff and placed in the lost and found. Everything was in the purse and wallet, just as I left it. The honesty and integrity of the staff have gained my respect and loyalty for life. As a bonus, the property manager offered a gift certificate to Jacks Barbecue. My stay was wonderful and this experience has restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so very much.Allison Sharp

The apartment could be better. It seemed dusty. The pullout couch is awful! Needs a new mattress and bedding with fitted sheet. Also needs more toiletries and a list of things to do in the area and advertise that theyre not in the best neighborhood. Also theres no pool.

This place is ran by TurnKey management and they dont care about your safety here, I stayed there and the last night of my stay I didnt get any sleep because of an altercation outside of the building and they wouldnt do anything about it even though I called several times but yet they expected me out on time. They were rude when I called them like I was bothering them.I had planned on returning to this establishment but not if I cant feel safe . Im not sure what you are talking about but I didnt receive a full refund for my stay and if you think letting another guest cuss and scream outside my window from 2 AM to 7 AM is handling it then I guess we have a different opinion of customer service.

Stayed here via HomeAway. Our unit was cute and it was an easy $7 Uber to Broadway. There was a BBQ place next door and a gas station with the regular convenience store items. Not where you want to be if you want to walk to a party, but it’s not too loud at night and the beds are comfy.

Extensive 10 digit code to access room. Need bathroom vent and screen on bathroom window. Aside from that a great stay.

Rough neighborhood, advertisements talk about security on site, they never left the bbq place next door and we never saw them at night, Except the night after we got a noise complaint at 9pm. The security company came the next day to inform us that quiet time was 10pm (which is fine) but they made us leave the courtyard even though we were not loud and there wasnt any complaints. Room was clean. We did see 2 rats run through the court yard 1 night. They have an ice maker that doesnt make much ice. It looks like the regular hotel ones, but does not operate like one. Tired to eat at the bbq place next door- tried...the employees were extremely rude

Rented a 2 bedroom vacation condo. This place was disgusting, run down and tiny. The only heat is from a wall unit in the living room area, there are no vents in the bedrooms. When we woke up in the morning our bedroom was so cold we had ice on the inside of the window and you could see your breath. One of the chairs in the living room was broken. The single bathroom was so small you could not even turn around in it. Basically my college dorm room was bigger and nicer then this dump.

This place is gem! Beautiful, clean, convenient and great prices. Would recommend it to anyone.

Over all the places was clean and convenient. However, safety was a concern. They have an armed guard that patrols Jacks BBq during the day. At night alot of people on drugs traveling through the area begging for money, food when told no they become abusive. Bedroom window locks broken. Never saw anyone in the management office.

Stayed here for 5 nights for my annual girls trip!! Beautiful property in the middle of everything! Close to interstate system. Short Uber to Downtown Broadway! Even had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Cawthon himself! Apartments very clean with ample ammenities. Beds very comfortable. Gated property kept us secure!!!! Definately would stay here again!!!
