Been to several facilities throughout my battle with addiction. Brentwood Springs has been one of the very best experiences I’ve had. Staff is amazing and very understanding and educated and experienced in the areas of addiction most important to helping people. Highly recommended.

This place is something very special. I took a chance at the lowest point I’ve ever been and chose Brentwood Springs to help me. The staff is unbelievable. I didn’t think it was possible to do what these people did for me in 6 days. I was taking 80-100 mg of opioids every day for years. That’s the person that walked into this facility. I never was uncomfortable AT ANY TIME while being cared for and catered to. I’m starting to remember who the guy was that walked out. I can tell you that he is sober and I haven’t had the slightest cravings since I walked out of there. I have a new life. I have my life back and I feel like I can do anything I want to. Brentwood Springs literally saved my life would I couldn’t save myself. Everyone at Brentwood Springs loved me even when I didn’t know how to even love me. They have top notch staff. Nursing staff took extremely good care of me. Honestly, one of the best detox I have ever been through and trust me when I say I have been thru many. When I walked through the front door the first thing I seen was a doggie and being a dog groomer I knew my heart was in the right place!! The Head Tech Cameron, a tech Jake and Sue were absolutely amazing too!!!! Cameron was the absolute best!!! The nursing staff Jessie, Roxanne, Amanda were the absolute best!!! Can’t forget about Scotina either she was great too. Jessie the head nurse, her dog Pugsley was my buddy!!!! He was the best.

Simply put, life changing! You are treated with respect and kindness. The medical staff are top-notch and my case Manager, Owners and technicians are hands-on. How rare in this day and time! I have had to detox in several places unfortunately, and I can honestly say this has been the best place for a few reasons. I didn’t have to focus on anything except for getting well and everything was taken care of for me. No classes or anything like that, which is useless in the detox process anyway. The staff is great and I was as comfortable as possible in the midst of what is a miserable process. I am grateful for my experience here.

This detox center is nothing short of true Godsend........I was in another detox facility a little over 5 years ago for an addiction to opiates however this time I was detoxing from alcohol. I basically traded an opiate addiction for an alcohol addiction. But no matter what your drug of choice may be I highly recommend Brentwood Springs . The staff is amazing and it feels as close to home as you can be in this situation. The food is homecooked and between meals there are so many things on hand to snack or make to eat you will be spoiled. They have netflix and several other streaming channels to binge watch anything your heart desires. Hour long massages twice a week by a professional therapist. The staff will do anything in their power to make you as comfortable as possible. And last but definitely not least the beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever laid my head on. This should be first on your list if you are ready to overcome your addiction and start your journey to recovery or for anyone you may know who needs help.

An amazing place with great staff literally saved my life by getting me off of the streets when i had no where to turn to being discharged from a hospital onto the streets inn a state i did not know where i was they picked me up in little as 30minutes got me abed and all the help i needed

AMAZING STAFF!!! Friendly, clean facility with staff members always there to listen when you need help. The facility conditions made it one hundred times easier for my first week of sobriety after many, many attempts. This was my first time to attend a detox center. This place is like a second home and does not feel a bit like a hospital setting which it is not. You can tell they all genuinely care and are very knowledgeable in the entire detox process, in patient or out patient treatment facilities, and aftercare programs that are available. Trying to help get my sister in a detox situation proved to be a huge challenge until we got connected with Brentwood Springs Detox. From the minute we first talked with Wilson, he provided us with the information we needed and assured us we could get her where she needed to be. Next we were introduced to Mike, who immediately made my sister feel comfortable and welcome in what is a very scary situation for someone in this position. The others on staff were equally as helpful and always responsive to answer any question I had about the status of my sister. Most importantly, they cared for my sister and genuinely wanted the best for her. They were extremely comforting and welcoming when I first arrived I felt super comfortable with all the staff and the owner, Wilson, was super hands on and awesome throughout my entire stay. They had super comfortable beds and awesome smart TVs that made the experience a super comfortable process. They also helped me develop a great after care plan. All in all a awesome place to detox! Before you or a loved one is placed in the care of this facility, please visit. The house is not clean, the food is horrible and why do they have Halloween Oreo cookies all year?? I remember during my stay the chatter among staff that their ratings were in jeopardy. I’m not sure what was going on but the reviews here do not reflect an accurate picture.

I was a guest at this facility multiple times, three or four, my memory gets a bit fuzzy. I have been struggling with alcohol and drug addiction for many many years. This time around was the first time that i could put together more then a month or two of sobriety. I am six months sober today. I am blessed to be alive and if life was fair i should be in prison or six feet under. But to anyone that is looking for a new way of life. A new start, or even been through it a few times and failed. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO START. From Drs and Nurses. To night and day Techs. It is a family atmosphere. People care here. People here have been through everything I, and YOU have been through. They know what Hopeless feels like. If i could give this place a Million Stars i Would. When I came to Brentwood Springs I was drinking heavily for 3 weeks straight after several attempts at detoxing on my own and struggling with alcoholism for years. The staff is all very welcoming, comforting and offers you the space and privacy you need for whatever you’re detoxing from. The nurses are all attentive and caring and would even listen if I just wanted to sit and cry. The amenities are amazing (I mean free Netflix?! Come on...) and the beds are more comfortable than my own. YOU won’t find a better place to get the help you need. Mike was so wonderful to me and helped me figure out my own personal plan to help me live a sober life after I leave and give me hope. Im thankful to Brentwood Springs Detox for being the place we chose when my family needed help. They were effective in getting him stable. The nurses were knowlwdgeable about addiction and also empathetic. When it came time for Joey to leave detox they knew the importance of him going door to door to a place where he could heal while practicing new life skills. They worked very hard to find the perfect place for him to do just that.

Great staff. Mike helped get me a scholarship from a program that helps professional musicians attain rehab. All of the staff are in recovery, and the general ease of checking in was a breeze. There are only 8 beds total, so you do get personalized care. Cost wise, its actually less expensive than many other detoxs in the area. Its like detoxing at grandmas house, with a bunch of people in recovery.

This is great place. I couldnt imagine a better spot to help you detox. all the nurses really care and will help you with any sort of withdraw pain while detoxing. they have comfortable beds couches tv netfix all the movie channels. the works. plenty of drinks too keep you hydrated and plenty of food. really great people here. extremely recommend this place.

This is the most relaxing, stress-free environment you can be in for detox. Everyone there was very nurturing and accommodating, from the nurses to the techs. The nursing staff made sure I was comfortable, properly medicated and hydrated for a smooth detox process. The beds are tempurpedic. Smart TVs with every app you could want plus cable. Great food. The staff asks you what type of foods you would like stocked while there. Plenty of Gatorade, fruits, vegetables, balanced meals. There are plenty of board games and puzzles if you cant sleep. While I was there one night we all played cards against humanity which was a bonding experience for everyone and just a great place to get back to health. I would reccomend this over detoxing in a hospital type environment. No cold tile floors, beeping monitors, bedroom curfew, white bland walls, plastic cheap bed covers like a hospital detox. At Brentwood Springs Detox you will get the best care around Nashville.

Brentwood Springs is by far the best detox Ive ever been to. Detoxing is not fun and BWS takes care you with that in mind. Unlike most detoxes they treat you like a person and help you get on the road to recovery. All the staff is great, the rooms are clean, and the memory foam beds and black out shades help you get the most rest possible. Most of the staff are in recovery so I was able to have great conversations with all of them that left me hopeful. Because of Brentwood Springs I have six months sober and doing better than I ever have.

I am an employee here at Brentwood Springs. I have been here as a tech since we opened almost a year ago. I love this job sooo much ! i really enjoying working here and working with the patients. I am in recovery myself and love to show the patients that it is possible to be sober and HAPPY. I am actually a counselor – so I am a hard client for most centers as I expect a lot!! Brentwood Springs is hands down the BEST detox treatment around. The care-givers are exceptional and the treatment is like none other. I have been to detox in the hospitals and treatment centers and NONE compare to Brentwood Springs. I had a life-changing experience because of this center and those employed within. I give this my highest recommendation for any who are suffering with addiction and looking for a non-judgmental, caring environment.

My older brother Wilson Pruitt, and my father Ron Pruitt are the owners of Brentwood Springs Detox. Watching my older brother struggle with addiction all throughout high school, and college, was very hard for me and my little brother because we didn’t know how to help them considering we had never been through a situation like this before. Through the process of recovery I not only did I get my brother back but my whole family dynamic improved. I feel that Wilson and my dads relationship grew much stronger and gave them both the passion to want to help other families who may be struggling with similar situations. I’m really grateful to have these family members who have such a large passion in helping others with empathy of the situations, and while watching them accomplish so much, I learned I may want to do this one day as well. ❤️
