This has to be the worst delivery experience that I have ever had. The delivery driver (Pete) called me before he arrived (late) and asked if he could leave the item in my garage because it is a very large item. My order says, inside home entrance. I told him no and offered him the opportunity to go through the garage. He didnt want to do the work to get it in the house. He complained that the box was falling apart. I told him to take the box off because the item was wrapped in plastic. He declined. I called dispatch and they told him to return the item so that I could reschedule when more people could deliver it. When moving it back to the truck, they did not lift the pallet jack and allowed the corner of the item to drag the ground at least 20 feet. The furniture piece is now damaged because the drivers were too lazy to honor my delivery order request.
