They do not return phone calls (Callie Burnett). I explained I flew in from out of state and needed some questions answered about a first time appointment my son had later that day. I called 3 times and explained the situation. Each time I was told the girl was on the other line, and would call me right back. 5 days later, still no return call. My son attended his appointment alone, due to Covid, and the councilor said he could be of no help. You would think I would then get a phone call... nope. We ended up finding a doctor and discovered it was a medication issue. I would hate for someone to actually have a mental health crisis and depend on these people to call you.
