I have dealt with this company for years and have found them to be friendly and extremely professional.

Rude, arrogant owner .I called to inquire about an ad and was told the owner would call me back later in the day. When I spoke to the owner she seemed short tempered and angry. She accused me of cutting her off while she was speaking and ended the conversation. Being difficult to hear her I may have, that is still no excuse for such demesnor in the workplace.I can only imagine how difficult it would be to do business with a company that is run by this individual.

So it doesnt matter if you have a price in writing! She will just charge you whatever she wants. Totally rude and deceptive. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!
