I worked for this company for 2 weeks and had to leave my job because of an extreme family emergency. I had to leave town suddenly and did not have my credentials to enter so that I could receive compensation for my last weeks work. Upon returning I found an email from a prior contact who I went through for hr related purposes ( including payroll) stating she was moving to another roll in the office - this was after I emailed her promptly after leaving the company but she did offer me another contact to email for any payroll needs. Needless to say 2 weeks after I emailed Lauren not only has she not responded to my email but I haven’t gotten compensated for my last weeks work either. I would suggest working for this company only if you are ok with working for free * where is the zero star button*

They offered me a 4 month contract then potential convert to FTE, I Took the job and was deployed to their client and temporarily replacing someone who was going on maternity.3 months have passed I’ve requested feedback from them (probably Tuesday or Wednesday) so I could prepare if I need to find a new job, the recruiter told me that the client is impressed and the team is happy about how my work and have extended my contract indefinitely.The following Monday, they’ve contacted me and told me that my last day was Friday of that week. The contract was not extended due to my performance and their client do not wish to renew.Somewhere along the line, there was a disconnect between them and their client. The manager that I worked with spoke to me on the same Monday told me that the upper management (which was a new director) had a different route and decided not to convert me to FTE,so now I have no clue who was lying.What’s interesting was on that very same Monday, the lady who went on Maternity came back and I was let go the Friday of that week.Ultimately, I’ve assumed that the client never had the intention to convert convert me to FTE and have misserably failed to disclose that to Insight Global. And at the same time, Insight Global have failed to inform me that their client was terminating my contract before the 4 months period.I’m sitting here, 2 months into unemployment depressed because I have never failed on any of my work. I’ve always aimed to exceed expectations, but I guess that’s not the case this time around.

My experience with Insight Global has been a five star experience! My recruiter has always been honest, upbeat and professional. Ive been in contact with multiple recruiting agencies over the past 3 years, but my experience with Insight Global was different from all the others. A recruiter, Isaac Fox out of Nashville, contacted me out of the blue asking if I was interested in a remote medical billing position. I responded yes, provided a contact number, and clicked yes I’m interested in the position. I waited two full business days without a response then followed up about the job. He ignored my follow up. In a nutshell they got my hopes up for a job, wasted my time researching their company, then weren’t even courteous enough to say whether or not I was still in consideration for a position that they contacted me about in the first place.

Very unhappy with my experience with Insight Global. I was told there was no flexibility on wages, only to find out that other temps in the same position are being paid $3 more an hour than I am. I received essentially no communication from them, with the exception of one day when the recruiter jumped down my throat via text for arriving at 9 instead of 8 (even though I stayed the full 8 hours). Upon receiving a full time position elsewhere, I contacted Insight Global to inform them of my last day and thank them for the opportunity and I couldnt even get a response from them.Extremely disappointed with this experience

If you want workers who are barely competent enough to dress themselves, Insight can help! For the past couple of months I have had a unique look into the staffing efforts by Insight and its HORRIBLE. I have worked with several short-term staffing companies in the past and its all degrees of bad. Essentially these companies want to get as many candidates hired as possible, so they lie, coach and ram them down your throat. Insight takes it to the next level. They get you staffed quick.... BUT... those new employees will show up half of the time, expect to get paid for all of the time and work ten percent of the time. You would probably be better off picking up homeless people up off the street, either way they are going to show up, except the former doesnt require you paying Insight.

I love working for Insight Global they do everything possible to get you a job.

I worked on a contract through Insight Global and my reps were AWESOME, now I have an FTE Position with a company that I LOVE 10 mins. from my home. Eric Bartel was my rep, and Kristan Moffitt was the account rep. They both worked unbelievably hard to make this happen, and I never felt like I was just another candidate in pile with them, they ALWAYS made me feel that we were a team working to meet my employment goals together! I have ONLY had great experiences with Insight Global and Eric and Kristan have my undying respect and admiration for standing tall over the other recruiting companies.
