I cracked my entire screen this morning, it was glitching and everything and i didn’t know what to do. I typed in iPhone repair online and “we fix it” were one of the first options, i called to see the price and they were very reasonable and friendly when I called. It was very easy booking an appointment, and to get my phone fixed only took a hour and a half. I would recommend this company to anybody, very reasonable and great customer service. Good job guys!

Had my iPhone battery replaced there. Todd was very professional and courtesy. He did an excellent job - VERY FAST (and it was less expensive than the Apple store quoted me). Ive been in this store before looking for a hard to find battery. They had it. I highly recommend this location.!

Needed a battery replacement and a new screen protector. Did both perfectly within the hour and gave me 10 dollars off for booking online. In the past they also helped me find the correct battery for a remote when I didnt know which kind it took. The guys know their stuff and are friendly .5 stars would recommend.

The install was fine. No complaints with the personnel. However, the battery is awful. I have location settings off, low light and very few open applications. I have not used my phone much in 3 1/2 hours and already my battery level is 79%. Do not get your iPhone battery here!

PROS: My phone was repaired within the time allowance stated. The price was as agreed upon.CONS: The staff lack any kind of customer service skills. Both unfriendly, so much so they bordered rude. No mention was made about me needing a screen protector and I had had the glass screen replaced. My daughter was with me and recommended one so I purchased one. Neither agent gave me any info or feedback after I mentioned needing a screen saver.More people skills are needed by these 2 young men.

They were very nice and seemed knowledgeable but I charged the phone exactly as he told me to, only got to 97% charged, I have hardly used it, and I’m already down to 66% which is no better than it was before I changed the battery. I am planning to come by the store tomorrow to find out what the problem is

We had rice in the charge port which was fixed in under a minute by We Fix It ! Nice guys. Nice store. Highly recommend them.
