Lesley from DH42 saved my Prestashop installation. The infamous 1-click-upgrade did break my PS installation so badly that even a rollback did not fix the issue. That was until I hired DH42 to look into the issue, and they had to do some serious digging to find the issue and get it fixed.I feel like I did get great value for money, response time to messages was within hours, even on weekends, and I am more than satisfied.Not only will I trust Lesley for futre projects, I will actually stop wasting time and trying to fix stuff myself first; instead I will directly hire a professional. Horrible experience with Lesley from DH42. We hired DH42 to modify a Prestashop module for us in May 2016, after countless emails going to him and lots not being returned for weeks on time, it is now December 2016 and he has finally said that the module is working even though it isnt.We trusted DH42 to do the job properly and we have a module that still isnt functioning properly and out our money.Be warned that DH42 is not a fair business to deal with. Good luck if you do!

After having a support contract with PrestaShop themselves and not being happy, I tried dh42. They blew me away with their level of knowledge and prompt responses. They have the best possible support I can imagine and also give great insights to running out store and marketing.

Beware of this company. They grossly underestimated the time needed for our project, tried to bully us in to paying more despite their mis-estimation of the project, didnt finish the project after it was 6 weeks overdue, and left us in a lerch through the holiday. Estimated losses from putting our trust in this company is 25K+. They also tried to say they did optimization on our cart when they did not. (We are developers & project managers ourselves and we thought their optimization was more toward improving code and SQL, not changing the performance tab from compile/no cache to caching on and no compile.)They kept on whining about their losses and time in the project with no care for our loss. Then when we finally came to an agreement on a price for the code they did produce, they sent us a zipped module that wont even install properly, and the changes their code made are not even apparent. It looks like they sent us the original module and didnt include their code they produced, thus we can not even use the code we paid for.You are warned.

Lesley Paone and dh42 really helped me. I had my site all messed up and changed to prestashop platform and after searching for days for someone who knew the stuff I found Lesley and within a day he fixed all my issues and returned the site to full functionality. These guys are the best and the prices are very reasonable.I found out that not many people understand prestashop as an ecommerce platform but Lesley and his team are the experts theyll hook you up.!!!Thanks guys....

1 star because you cant give it -5. Contacted to create a custom page, the page has been redone twice and never worked properly. Each time the fault, according to them, was of other developers who made changes. When in reality the page was created affecting the native files of prestashop, therefore against the rules of the platform and making other interventions to the site impossible.They didnt give me a record of what they did and warned about this.Very bad experience.I find myself spending a lot of money and having a page that doesnt work, they wash their hands.Certainly they have closed with me.
