I was late getting back to the shop to pick up my iphone after having the screen replaced, I wasnt going to make it before closing so I called and he said he would stick around till I got there to pick up my phone. Top notch repair and service. Also, I paid 25 dollars extra and if I break my screen again it will only cost $10 to fix it...up to 4 times. Highly recommended.

Save your money & time! This place is horrible. We took our laptop there & they held it hostage for 2 months & it was still broken when it was returned. We did pay them. We also wanted them to unlock a cellphone & wasnt asking them to do it for free Then when we went to get it they couldnt find it & accused us of already having picked it up. We are still trying to get the cellphone. And openly argued with me about the fact that we had gotten the phone. In effect they are trying to steal our cellphone. The customer has to sign for any item picked up. This place has been reported to the Better Business Bureau. Nothing good can be said about this business or the people that own & operate it.

Lopez was a great help in fixing my Mac Book Pro. It did take over a week but it works perfectly now. I appreciate all the hard work put into fixing it! Thanks :) I highly recommend this place— would give you a better deal than apple, and its great to support local businesses!

I was just thrilled with Lopez computers until... They are so very nice and did a quick turnaround on replacing my corrupt hard drive. I came home, pulled my data from one drive to the new drive and realized after I loaded my data that the new drive has smaller capacity than the original drive which was a 1 TB. I called them and asked why they gave me a smaller drive and they responded with ‘It was cheaper.’ It wasn’t their decision to make. They should have told me that to do a complete swap will be this much and the 120 GB is this much. I am the one that should have made that decision, not them. So now I am stuck with a small hard drive, great. Thanks Lopez Computer. I will have to buy ANOTHER 1 TB hard drive and have it replaced. Just handed over $150 for an inferior replacement. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. Why can’t folks just do the right thing anymore? Moving forward, tell your client the options and let them decide. Shame on me for thinking they would just do a one-for-one swap and return to me a working version of what I took in for repair. Their dogs are super cute tho!

The location is very easy to find. The laptop I had took for repair was horrible and I was not expecting a great response but, it is like new. Lopez computer did an awesome job and very friendly environment. 10 out 10 recomendó !

I highly recommend. They replaced the harddrive on my laptop at an affordable price, and its operating like its brand new. The only minor issue was with picking it up. Had to come back twice because it wasnt ready when initially told it would be. But with all thats going on in the world its understandable.

I took my laptop in because my screen was cracked. It has full HD, and I absolutely love it, its just over 2 years old. But because its a touch screen i was nervous about getting it repaired and losing the touch screen feature. But LP and Gabriel took care of everything and it was very cost effective (other repair shops wanted ro charge me an arm and a leg). They even updated windows for me. I will is LP for all of computer repair needs going forward.

I have patronized Lopez for about five years, perhaps once a year. They sell a wide variety of new and used computers and accessories and their prices are the lowest I have ever encountered. They have some sort of preferred contract with Microsoft that allows them to do very sophisticated work at extremely low prices. The chief geek is Gabriel. He is friendly and extraordinarily competent. His wife, Landy, runs the front desk and is wonderful to deal with. At various times there are puppies or little kids running around behind the counter. This is not corporate Geek Squad, thats fur shure; it is a family run business that takes responsibility for everything they do. If you live on the West or South side of town, it is a bit of a haul getting there, but well worth the inconvenience.
