DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS. I had a blue screen error that no one in Nashville could fix. I paid well over 200 dollars just for people to tell me my computer was broke and I was out of luck. Not even the technicians at my college could fix the issues I was having.I took it here to Eazy Tech and the owner diagnosed my issues for free and even asked for minimum payment. Not only did he fix the issues no one else could, but he even offered for me to bring back my new parts I ordered and he would install them for free.Saying the owner is a good man is not saying enough. Thank you for 5 star experience.This should be the FIRST place you come to when in need of computer repairs!!

After my motherboard went out, Eazy Tech replaced it for over $150 less than what I was quoted at Office Depot. They also completed this service far faster than any other tech shop would offer. Additionally, they fixed some other minor problems with my computer for no additional charge. Very affordable, trustworthy, and costumer-focused service.

I brought my laptop in after my toddler poured conditioner on it; the owner walked me through the process of fixing it, but ultimately I decided to buy a new laptop from him instead. Eazy Tech is a small establishment, but the owner is awesome. Very friendly and honest. I thought my computer had crashed, but the latest Windows 10 update wasnt compatible with my OS. The owner was honest, and didnt try to beat me out of money, because my plan was to trade in because I thought my computer had died on me. I spent $50 bucks and now my computer is like new. I will return!

My personal favorite place to go when I need a computer part or if Im having problems with my computer. The staff is very friendly and eager to help, as well as give good deals. They do not charge to diagnose your desktop computer which is why I love coming here whenever one of my computers are having a problem, and its always been solved. They tell you what the problem is so you can either fix it yourself or have them do it. They dont pressure you to have them fix it either. Lots of computers and older hardware here..completely worth checking out

Easy tech rules. They have great prices on hardware and accessories. Great prices on laptops. Was there to pick up some ram for a laptop I had just got I mistakenly told them the wrong speed of ram and realized when I got home that it wouldnt work. They switched it out for the right speed ram no problem. Even though the mistake was my fault they took care of it no questions asked. This is a great place especially if your looking for older components that the chain stores drop as soon as newer stuff comes out. This is my go to computer store and a great place for OG geeks who know what they need and for newbies who dont know what they need. A++

Service was excellent! And he worked out good prices for me . I came to get my old laptop checked for nursing school and it didn’t meet any of the requirements and he checked it for me and sold me the one that did for a good price . Terrible place to do business with. I bought a used computer that crashed as soon as I brought it home then returned it for another the next day. The second one did the same thing so he gave me a different laptop in return. The laptop worked fine for three weeks then died. When I called the owner to tell him of the problem he said he couldnt help me because I took a return even though their policy was 30 days. Stay away from Easy Tech.

Most intelligent, quick, amazing, computer savvy in the business, that I have ever encountered. I always recommend them to friends and family. Their prices are also extremely fair.

So I took my laptop to reinstall Windows. A guy named Farsat said my motherboard was burnt and I just bought that laptop. He said he replaced it. He didnt do anything to it. I sent it to Dell and they said the motherboard was never changed and it never had any problems just a software problem. I got charged $200. This is Bull. Worse tech place in Nashville! They are scammers I tell you!!

Got a laptop issue resolved here in 20 minutes, even though a certain other place in Nashville couldnt figure it out in over a month. Great stuff!
