I have used De-Luxe for several years. Great service. They always call to confirm the appointment the day before. The actual cleaning is done really well, they get everything, even running and emptying the dishwasher. Very reasonably priced! 5 stars!

I cant say enough about my familys experience with De-Luxe Cleaning. We tried a few other services before we found them, and they are grade A+ super professionals. Our house is sparkling clean when our cleaner finishes, and the customer service is excellent. Weve used their services for a monthly cleaning of our home for about two years now, and we have only had one negative experience, which was resolved quickly and has never been a repeat issue. When I called the office to tell them about it (a cleaning that wasnt up to their usual standard), they sent someone out to take care of it the next day. We always get a call the day before confirming our cleaning window, and we have easily rescheduled a few times due to schedule conflicts.I personally enjoy the hotel-level flourishes of bathroom towel presentation and bed making. I need to get some lessons in how to make my bed as beautifully as our cleaner does.I cannot recommend this company enough. I tell everyone that if they can afford it, to try it out, because hiring a cleaning service has been the number one time-saving investment that Ive made for my family.

De-Luxe Cleaning is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used and have been a loyal customer for almost a year. Christina and their team care so much about the cleaning experience and always follow up after your scheduled cleaning. Each of the ladies that have cleaned my apartment have been exceptional even in dealing with my apartments front office staff during a stressful situation. I also have a dog, so I know my space is a little more dusty and furry than non pet owners, but every time I walk into my place after a clean its like a brand new no fur zone. After having moved into the house, its been apparent that they cleaned only the surfaces of things. The inside of all cabinets/drawers were supposed to be cleaned and they were completely dirty in the bathrooms and kitchen (like mens beard hair and toothpaste caked to the inside of the bathroom drawers). Also noticing grime left in the shower and around the bathroom sink and bathroom floors. Wishing I had looked over the house more thoroughly before they left.

How many stars do you leave for setting an appointment that never even shows up? Wouldnt even have left a review, but they werent even willing to correct the mistake.Lets go with one star. I have the screen shot from placing the call on the 12th for service for the 15th. I provided a credit card and an email so that I could be provided with an invoice. Again the company didnt correct the mistake by expediting an appointment; furthermore insuated that Im a liar and that I called the wrong people. Whom ever I spoke with said the 22nd, I was never offered the option to do same day or noone would be reading this review.Regardless if none of the above is true, it isnt the customers responsibility to know your companies business practices or to keep up with their own nformation on your system. Zero accountability with this company.

I have used De-Luxe twice now and both times have been great experiences for very different reasons. Its a small, family-owed business and the quality and price is right for my budget. The first time I set an appointment they did a great job and were able to get me in quickly and were very flexible to meet my scheduling needs. The second time I set an appointment there was a scheduling mistake and De-Luxe missed my appointment. When I called to check in about the no-show the owner was exceptionally apologetic and personally took responsibility for the scheduling error. He sent someone out to my place within the hour free of charge and said that he hoped that his mistake would not dissuade me from giving them another chance the next time I needed a cleaning service. That is the right way to handle customer service. Mistakes happen. What makes for quality customer service is the dedication to do what it takes to make things right. I first used De-Luxe Cleaning in December 2015 when my family moved into our new construction home in Franklin TN. Anyone that has purchased from a builder knows that the home is NOT move in clean, with construction grime and dust virtually everywhere (cupboards, and even closet wire racks coated in drywall dust). De-Luxe Cleaning not only made my home sparkling for move in, they were also critical finding and pointing out many deficiencies in the home as well, such as cracked tiles, scratched mirror frames, and light globes that needed replacing. They also were kind enough to make sure my mail and packages were brought in during times when we were still between homes in Seattle and Chicago, and travelling a week at a time. 20 months later, De-Luxe Cleaning is still my regular housekeeper, with a crew that does consistent excellent work. Reliable, good communication, on time and never a single issue where they had to come back for anything missed. I asked for a move out cleaning for my husbands house. I told them that it was in bad condition when I booked the appointment. They made it right after I left, but I left the door so they could get in. It was such a mess they the cleaners reported back that there were bed bugs but sent no pictures of the reported bugs. They sent the office back pictures of the mess and try to say it was because of bed bugs. The landlord and I both looked through the house even in the area they said they saw the bed bugs. The only thing we saw were the little bugs that roll themselves up. They put me in a bad situation because the house was supposed to be cleared that day. Very unprofessional.
