Had such a wonderful experience with enterprise exotics once again. Have been to the one at LAX, Las Vegas, and now the Nashville airport one. James and Brooke were both very helpful the entire time despite my flight changing and wanting to have this awesome corvette to visit the national corvette museum. Car was perfect, service was outstanding, great experience and will continue doing business with enterprise exotics, thank you so much!
Priced too high, Turo has them beat hands down, sorry enterprise!
I rented an exotic for my husbands 35th birthday. I reserved it two weeks in advanced. I called and confirmed a few days later. Day of we get to the airport to pick up the corvette and they say that they canceled our reservation. The people at the airport didn’t even attempt to help, just said “we don’t even have a corvette” and pushed us out. I called the number where I confirmed and they just sent me to escalations. Birthday in my house are bigger than Christmas and this was my gift, aside from being mad I’m just really really sad they ruined my gift.
Great cars but lots off extra surcharges
I reserved a car in advance of my arrival in Nashville. The car was supposed to be ready when my plane landed. When I got to the rental counter they told me I had to wait an hour because they didn’t have any cars. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. This has happened to me on other occasions, and EVERY time I call customer service to let them know, they hang up at least once when they are “transferring” me to a supervisor. I’ve rented from all of the big chain rental car places, and Enterprise ranks the worst.
I rent cars all over the country and mostly use Enterprise. I have to say, everyone at this location was on point and then some! Courteous, efficient and actually made eye contact when speaking to you. Keep it up!
