Avoid this place at all costs. Its an obscure, lower-caliber rental service for a reason.Ive been renting cars for 3 years because I travel every week for work. This happens for weeks at a time in multiple cities. Ive had the pleasure of building relationships with companies over the years that show their appreciation in multiple ways for being a loyal business customer. Unfortunately, this location has proven to not truly care about their customers or their loyalty. A few of the employees and one of the managers had gotten to know me since I was renting EVERY WEEK as a loyal client. But when I spoke with two young ladies on a Thursday afternoon and asked them to continue what the other employees were allowing me to do - Angela and I cant remember the others name - they were rude and acted like I was a criminal off the street. They got their boss, Todd on the phone was even more rude. He was cutting me off and raising his voice about their policies without letting me get a word in. He didnt seem to care one bit that I had spent THOUSANDS over a period of months. Working in management/customer service myself, I know thats NOT a good look and doesnt lead to longevity or cash flow in a business. This is NOT how you treat business customers. I hate to write this because the gentlemen that work the night shift are fantastic; but Id encourage them to go work for a legitimate rental car company that has an ACTUAL loyalty program and cares about people who give them their hard-earned money.
E-z car rental was very responsive to my needs. I had questions and they answered them completely. The car was easy to access and was clean and ready to go. I had no problems and would recommend them again.
I was pleasantly surprised how good this company was. I will definitely use this company over all the others the next time I need to rent a car. They were professional, quick and the staff was very thoughtful and nice.
I had a really great experience! Ryan was very professional and answered all of my questions. He even took the time to explain to me how to get to the area to pick up my car due to the construction at airport and I really appreciated it.
I picked this rental car company because they were located in the Terminal. As it turns out, most of the car rental agencies in Nashville are located in the Terminal. The rental itself went well. The guy at the counter was courteous. The person at the booth in the garage was okay. The car was the problem. It had not been cleaned. The exterior paint was black and it had bird poop on it. The interior smelled very perfume-y of cleaner but there were chewing gum wrappers in the console between the front seats. It also looked like someone had spilled soda pop on the console - sticky and shiny. The car worked fine for what I needed, but I think Ill stick with the other companies to assure a more consistent experience.
I would not recommend using E-Z Rent-A-Car for any rentals that are heading towards the mountains in the winter. I booked a mid-size SVU after talking to a rep on the phone and confirming that this class was indeed AWD/4WD which is required due to the traction law. When I showed up to the rental desk I was informed that they had run out of 4WD vehicles in the class and if I wanted to be compliant with Colorado law I would have to upgrade to a luxury class SVU. This is a complete scam. I am sure that even if they had cars on the lot they would require an upgrade to get them. On a slightly positive note the vehicle was clean and the online reservation process was simple and easy.
I rented a car from Nashville location and left my Micheal Kors luggage bag. After getting the run around someone finally called me back and said they were going to see who cleaned out the vehicle. I have not received a return call yet. My bag retails for $700. If someone stole from me Im sure they have stolen from others. I will be filing a police report.
Friendly personnel; location was close; car performed as anticipated; ease of dropping car off. Overall, a great experience.
Worst rental place. First time they added so many fees I ended up paying double. Second time they said if your local you can’t have unlimited miles. It’s in the fine print that is Impossible to find. Because it is only not unlimited for the local licensed people, the site says unlimited when you pay it. They take forever to help you. Never ever book with them. They are the worst company out there.STAY AWAY!
Horrible experience. We had to wait for a shuttle bus for 30 minutes when the bus driver was there and denied us entrance. We had to wait for him to come back around, 20 minutes later. Finally get to the rental car facility. We had reserved a car and are told they only had a mini van. The attendant was rude and when we asked about the car we rented he said its the van or you can wait and hour and I know you dont want to do that. We get in the van, its dirty and has a broken key. We go inside looking to speak with someone and are told to go find their manager. The manger did help us find a new vehicle. The staff is not helpful and we wasted over an hour trying to get a car
Their policy change after you reserved and go to pickup car. Unlimited mileage will become limited. That’s what I experienced in past days and had to cancelled reserved. And had to fought for to get refund. It’s in Nashville International Airport. Staff is so rude and I wonder how that kind of company run business so sad. This happened 8 months ago.
Quick and efficient check in and check out. Car was clean. Would recommend and will use them again.
DO NOT RENT HERE!! I made a point of asking the sales rep. whether or not I should extend my rental period by a few hours, because I was likely to be a little late returning the vehicle. She reassured me that I would have a two-hour grace period, and not to worry. Well, I returned the vehicle in good condition an hour and thirty-eight minutes after I was scheduled to return. I was not only charged for an extra day, but customer service told me to contact Priceline if I had any issues, even though they have nothing to do with the charge. Terrible company. Terrible service. If I could give them a zero star review, I wouldnt hesitate to do so.
1 star is minimum option I can give. They even do not deserve that. I had never seen that much rude staff in any rental company before. Super rude. Even I tried to talk with their supervisor, no way. Also they tried to cheat. I made reservation online and my total price was clear on reservation. They said, because I live in Nashville, they wanted me to pay $20 per day more.
After a long flight my husband waited an additional 2 hours to rent a car. They told him about a possible upgrade, he listened and said it was a good deal, the clerk ran it on his card without signing anything or agreeing. When my husband asked for a refund he was told it would be refunded when he returned the car. Poor customer service.
My experience went smooth check in and returning. Overall very satisfied with the service that was provided. Thanks for making my travel experience go well.

The worst service ever, I have never experienced something similar any other company. Nashville Airport, they were 30 min late, couldnt find anyone for half an hour, I booked my car on line, at the counter they have surprised me with the amount I had to pay... $350 extra...refundable deposit for the extra mileage I might use.... $700 dollars at the counter instead of $250 as it says on the papers from booking on line, which she didnt even looked at and said I had to read a fine print somewhere.... you guys are the worst ever! It took one hour for me to get the car and finally leave, and hope they will refund $350 later when I return the car. Never rent there, I think any other company will work much better and I used a few... never had experience something similar.... why decided to try something new ????I regret it now....

$20 extra fee for unlimited mileage if you are a local. Using the car for travel, not tooling around town. The rental agent was rude and had a take it or leave it attitude. We left it! Never paid that charge at any other rental company and have used many.

They didn’t show up to work on time. The person didn’t understand my rental agreement either and had me thinking I was going to be paying for unlimited miles when I already had it.

Be forewarned: Even if you rent through priceline, expedia, travelocity etc this counter does not honor and will not honor all 3rd party rental agreements including unlimited mileage, size or class.I Rented through priceline, called the company (EZ) and confirmed my reservation.Yet when I got to the counter I was told that this office refuses to honor priceline to anybody with an in state drivers license.After getting a priceline representative, then supervisor then manager on the phone to talk with the EZ shift manager he still refused to rent any car to me at their listed price.. But I could pay 3X as much to rent the same car.After 20 min of listening to the priceline gentlemen and the power tripping EZ manager argue. I was told by priceline that they could cancle my reservation and book me with National in the same size car for the same price.I would not rent again with EZ, its not worth the headache or frustration of having to deal with such a company.

Garbage throughout the van.Wipers were broken.Taxes and additions drove the price up almost $400. It said I was booked for $200 and it ended costing $800 with insurance. And, they lost track of my $100 deposit 😡😠Never would use this company again 👎🏻
