Diversity Builder, Inc. has played a significant part in ASCAP Nashvilles role to educate and foster a diverse and respectful work environment by conducting interactive employee training sessions. As a participant, I found the training to be both informative and enlightening. Not only did we cover topics such as diversity, inclusion, unconscious bias, discrimination and harassment, our trainer led us in discussions about relevant issues and movements in todays world. The workshop ended with a fun team-building exercise that was shared with all members of the group. As a result of the training provided by Diversity Builder, I left the workshop with useful tools and information that I can apply in both my professional and personal life.
