Now known as lifestance health, the only change to The Counseling Center of old is that they somehow got worse at being helpful. They cancel appointments and then charge you for them as if it was a first appointment and somehow your fault. You can point this out and they will acknowledge that it was a mistake on their part, and then theyll bill you anyway. You may not be able to get a hold of someone if you need them. They left me hang for an entire week without medication only to find out on a Friday before a holiday, that my Dr isnt comfortable prescribing the same medication Ive been taking for years. They told me that I have to start over with a new Dr that they will assign sometime after the holiday.You should find another provider, this place is a mess that you can definitely live without.
