I have been going to Think For Fun for five years, and it has been so helpful. The teachers are really great and very caring. They genuinely want to see you improve. Think For Fun has helped me advance in school math and math competitions. I am so grateful to Think For Fun for teaching me to love math. I am very impressed with Think For Fun; this is the place to learn math. They have a subtle touch with the kids which motivates them. The principal(s) are excellent math teachers, and more importantly, they are super dedicated and very passionate about teaching and challenging kids appropriately. The class sizes are small, so they know the kids at a personal level. They leave detailed comments on the report card and are willing to meet with parents 1x1 as needed. The overall experience has been pretty amazing. Keep up your passion!

Both my kids have been attending think for fun for the past 4 years, they get challenging exercises to work on, helped them learn techniques usually not learnt at school. Its a great coaching center with owners & staff personally vested in helping kids get to next level in math proficiency. Highly recommend for every parent to start when kids are in elementary grades !!!!

I taught classes for 3 years at ThinkForFun and loved every aspect of it! The students are energetic and want to learn, the material is challenging yet fun, and the instructors really do care about each student’s progress. The courses not only teach mathematics, but also critical thinking skills needed to solve complex logic problems for competition and beyond. Having small class sizes allows the teachers to focus on every individual student and make sure that everyone is being challenged. I got to know the students very well during my time as a teacher, and helped many students achieve personal goals along the way. I saw struggling students climb to the top of their class and advanced students graduate to some of the best technical colleges in the country. This place makes a difference and I’m very proud to have been part of the TFF family!

My daughter has been at Thinkforfun since its inception in 2011. My son joined 3 yrs back. These classes are at a level higher than what they learn at school and the teachers take extra effort to explain if the kids don’t understand. The curriculum is a comprehensive mix of Maths skills that are needed. The homework booklet has a good combination of concepts covered in the class. They also provide extra homework during vacation weeks for the kids to practice.The owners of Think for Fun ensure and take care about assessing if the child has understood the concept and provide extra help if needed. This is our 4th year with Think for Fun. My kids are doing very well in Math. The process of finding the solution to a problem is equally important as the answer. My kids love lab time were they get to play fun Math games.

We are going to think for fun for the past four years. My kids have excelled Math above their grade level and do an outstanding job at school. I cannot imagine this happening without THINK FOR FUN .I highly recommend TFF to any kids who loves Math!! It helps kids to think and solve math rather than solving problems mechanically. Think for fun also has Math Lab and my kids love attending Lab ! Not to mention their grading system is very thorough and evaluate skills at various categories. My daughters have been at Think For Fun since its inception in 2011. Attending these math enrichment classes at a level higher than what they have been learning in school has been tremendously beneficial to my children. They love math as a subject, are tremendously confident in tackling math problems at school which shows in their grades. My high schooler has been telling me that what she learned while she was in eighth grade at Think For Fun is still helping her through her PreCalculus and Calculus A/B courses in high school. What I like the most about Think For Fun as compared to other math enrichment classes like Kumon is that they have a comprehensive mix of problems that span the range of math skills from operations/computations to logical problem solving and all branches of mathematics - arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry etc. True to its name, it actually encourages thinking rather than just following steps/formulas by rote. There is one hour of classroom instruction followed by an hour or so in the lab where math games or quizzes are conducted to make the learning process more fun. The curriculum is well-designed such that an area like algebra is introduced at a very basic level to help understand the underlying concepts prior to actually introducing variables and equations. The homework booklets are well balanced in terms of types of questions and provide plenty of practice. The owners actually care about assessing whether the children have imbibed the concepts and taking action if they think certain new concepts need to be reinforced further. I would highly recommend these classes to any child that would like to excel in math and STEM in general.

Think for Fun really helped my girls gain math capabilities and confidence. They attended TFF for two+ years (summer, 4th grade, 5th grade). At the beginning, they were extremely reluctant and intimidated, but they quickly became acclimated to the weekly regimen of class time and homework. Their Think for Fun test scores were very strong, and their growing comprehension and math ease were reflected in their even stronger math scores in school. One of them even jumped a Think for Fun level the 2nd year. I really love love love the program, and I was admittedly sad when we decided to put our attendance on hold while my girls headed off to different, tougher charter and private schools this year. However, we will be back if our schedules and math needs warrant. The cost was well worth it; the value and return on investment were tremendous. My only regret is that I did not start then in TFF when they were younger.
