10/10 would recommend. I would get pierced here again without hesitation. I got a conch piercing done by Nick back in December. The shop is extremely clean and Nick was nothing but professional. Scheduling the appointment was easy, even with all the Covid stuff. I filled out the online form and Nick texted me back right away to schedule. He made me feel comfortable every step of the process. I waited a bit to review so I could comment on my piercing as it healed. I haven’t had any issues so far. I have a nickel allergy, and they had a decent selection of titanium jewelry for me to choose from, too.

Nick is always super helpful and knowledgeable. He keeps a very safe and clean store.

Tylor is amazing. She has a really calm, peaceful way about her that instantly puts you at ease. In addition, everyone was very diligent about cleanliness and maintaining sterile tools for their work.

I went last summer, summer of 2015, to get my industrial pierced. The place was wicked clean and Nick, the one that did my piercing, was extremely nice. I loved the experience overall. The one problem I had was that that top hole for the industrial was done too close to the front of my ear. I didnt realize this at first but the skin in the front part of it started gradually ripping and getting thinner and thinner over the next couple months. One night I had realized that it had completely ripped out. I now have a small slit at the top part of my ear and to be honest, I dont really care, but I did have to pay to get a new piercing for the industrial farther back on my ear at another piercing place, so that sucked, but honestly, I would probably try them again for another piercing because they are clean and their prices are good
