Wont Return phone calls.Bought S5 from Groupon and was sold as unlocked. Could not get T-mobile data to work on phone. Was sent a replacement and same issue. Now trying to get somebody on the phone and no return calls after leaving 2 messages.

Stop using USPS to ship items. Id rather pay more for UPS or FedEx if I get better service. Plus, either you guys waited 2 days after printing a shipping lable to drop my item off at the post office or the post office screwed up. I think its the former...

Bought an iPhone through Groupon from Excell. It lasted less than 4 months and then it died. Apple says it cant be fixed. Excell refuses to make this right. Bad customer service. Do not buy from them.

They took the money out my account abd i never recieved the phone. No one at this company will answer the phone or call back
