Ms Johnson should take a class on compassion. I hope someday she gets humiliated with a comment basically calling such person as someone who doesnt pay their bills. I own a house, paid off 3 cars, 2 motorcycles etc. I am so disgusted with people who talk down to someone they dont even know.

March 2020.....Tried to mail legal notice to this company at the address listed both on internet search and the same address listed on my credit report...to no avail.Mail returned as Moved, No forwarding address. Seems shady! A reputable business doesnt hide. I guess they dont want my payment.

Cathy was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Generally rude and demeaning. When I asked for a a supervisor, none was available. I was told to call Monday. When I asked for proof of debt, I was challenged to prove that I did not have a medical procedure. I asked if calls were recorded and they are not unfortunately. After some more difficult questions one suddenly became available. Her supervisor Nicole was a little more helpful yet still rude.

These people are a scam liers and manipulators. I paid my account off in 2016 and they were suppose to delete from all credit bearues. Just recently I found out uts still there and shoes paid in full. Contacted office who are rude and refuses to correct the situation. Ive called original creditor as credit services claims are the only ones to request a deletion waiting for a phone call back. Called again today for president who was told not in by Karen and then she started putting words in my mouth that I never EVER said and hung up. Called back claims she will call cops if I dont stop calling. Heres a idea how about you follow theu with what you had agreed to do when unpaid my account in full and took I discount to have it removed. This place needs to be shut down permentally since they are scam artist and liers. Filed a complaint with the credit bearues as well as attorney generals office. Which I recommend all others to di the same as well since they are commuting fraud and lieing to debtors.
