Trying to get a place ready to sell when living out of state can be a challenge. I gave Robin the key and she was very accommodating to my short time frame. Her crew came in and did a great job cleaning the place, who knew my kitchen counters could be so white. I went room by room with to show what I wanted clean and after she took the notes and wrote it down, only got about 70% of the job done still charging full price. Not only that, but upon walking into the house not realizing it was mine, she made a few snide remarks. I kindly told her, it’s my house and a move out job from a family of 4. The professionalism wasn’t quite there and the quality of service was mediocre. Will not use them again.

From the very first, she was so nice and so professional, I was instantly at ease. Everyone who works there is so friendly and they all really work hard, with an attention to detail. I have two dogs and the dog hair can become overwhelming, so the deep cleaning they do with regards to the floors and furniture is especially appreciated! They are always prompt, work quickly, and the few times I have had to change the schedule due to conflicts, Robyn could not have been more accommodating! I would highly recommend this company!

I hired Room By Room about 6 months ago after my previous cleaners retired. Ive worked with four cleaning services continuously since 1997 and had a good idea what was offered and for how much. I talked to several companies and hired Room By Room to do a deep clean and then hired them to come every two weeks. The cleaning cost was about in the middle of the other quotes.I interviewed each company for services: what they do and dont clean, special requests (I didnt want them to clean computer monitors and TVs, please fluff the couch pillows), cost, availability and most important, how long the employees stay. How long the staff stays is a good indicator of the stability of the company, how well the employer treats the staff and how consistent the cleaning will be. The employees have been around for more than five years, they are friendly, fast and completely reliable.Their work is consistently excellent. The normal services (dusting, vacuuming, hardwood floor cleaning) are good. The kitchen and bathrooms are left the cleanest of all the cleaning services Ive ever had. Yet the real standout is that they wash about half the windows on each visit and they are sparkling with no streaks nor smudges. My family couldnt ask for better work.My mother thinks their work is outstanding and she keeps a very neat house. Passing the mom test is a big deal.

This company had exceeded my expectations in every way. I have moved a lot in my military career and worked with various cleaning companies along the way. This company puts love into your home. When I arrived home after the cleaning, it felt like my Mom had been there to pick up after me and make sure my house was straight. Everything I could ask for and more.

I had Room by Room do a spring cleaning of our downstairs in preparation of a party. They did a wonderful job getting everything done in the window to give me the special rate for spring cleaning. The owner Robyn came the week before to do a walk through and come up with a plan/estimate. The day of the cleaning, the cleaners were prompt and efficient. I called Room by Room Cleaning on Friday morning, after my mother was admitted to the hospital, to see if they could come in to do laundry and clean her apartment before I arrived that evening. Robin, the manager was absolutely amazing and went out if her way to send K and H over to clean an hour later. They even dealt with the property management in order to get the keys. They did a wonderful and extremely thorough job. I arrived late at night to a perfectly cleaned apartment with all the laundry and bedding washed. I highly recommend them, extremely professional. Wow. We called to hire this company to do a deep cleaning, and potentailly hire on a biweekly basis. They scheduled to come for a quote on 930 Monday. 1030 on Monday comes around, and still no show. They also didnt respond to our calls. Turns out our house is too far away (which at first they said it was close enough) and they wrote so messily they couldnt read their own writing to call us back. This is the most unprofessional excuse for wasting my day I have ever heard.

Just generally unhappy with the cleaning service I received for my one-time house cleaning. Lack of attention to detail, cleaners seemed like they were pretty rushed. Maybe my expectations were too high, but clean should be CLEAN.

Really bad job. Crazy expensive for poor work. Unresponsive after mentioning about poor work. Shocking that they are still in business!
