Friendly service they were able to fit us in, however, I did watch some people get turned away because they were not enough people staffed.

This is my go to for haircuts. I have very curly hair and a lot of places struggle with it but I have never once had a bad haircut from this supercuts. Everyone was very safe and they took my temperature before I went it. Totally recommended and I will continue going here for all of my haircuts

This was an ok place that I had used several times before this. Then today, while waiting my turn, I had to listen to the proprietor loudly offering her obnoxious views on various types and efficacy of PPE and related standards.Thinking back on the month I spent on my back with Covid. The week I spent in the hospital. The additional month I sat in terror from afar while my wife suffered through this disease in her nursing home and I couldnt visit? Thinking how, while my wife survived, she isnt the same?It occurred to me then. I dont need to patronize selfish ignorance.

I have been going here for a couple years with my sisters due to the price and with some of the new stylists I will never go again. They obviously have no idea how to cut curly hair. The last time I went she thinned my hair without telling me to add layers because she doesnt know what she is doing! I have 3a 3b curly hair and she completely messed up my curl pattern! She was rude throughout the entire cut and didnt even take her time with hair she doesnt know how to style. Dont get your hair cut by the girl with white short hair! (Sorry she never told me her name)

I went in to get a haircut and I’m advised that it will be st least an hour and a half. One in the chair and an open chair for one of the 2 people waiting for a haircut. There’s on on the screen as a call ahead. This long haired bleach blonde tell me it will be at least an hour and a half. I am sorry. I’ve been going to different hair cut companies and I’ve never ever had to wait for a haircut with 3 people ahead of me. This is what you call lazy people. I’ve managed to contact 53 of my friends and family who go to Supercuts and I am happy to say that they have all agreed to stop going to Supercuts. Really Supercuts is not that great to wait an hour and a half. So if you do the math of 53 people, once a month for a year, your talking thousands. Supercuts, stop advertising walk ins because from what I experienced and was told I won’t get a haircut until the person who called ahead comes in and gets there haircut, I will not be serviced. And don’t go to Great Clips. There no different.

This is where I bring my three year old son. Everyone in here works well with him and Is super patient! I was especially impressed with Paul today, my sons hair looks perfect, he was funny, engaging, and super animated. Very good with children;

Always got good hair cuts here and folks are usually friendly. Waiting for your turn is usually the norm so I advise call ahead and put yourself in the queue when you start from wherever you are so you wait less at the store. “Walk-ins”are available but that doesn’t mean you won’t have to wait if there are people ahead of you...you aren’t the only walk-in !Also there are so many Supercuts in this area! feel to try them out before you review a store because one may be better than the other sometimes.

Ive had the same person take care of my hair for over 20 years. Recently I relocated to NH and my wife has been seeing Doris to have her hair cut. I havent had so much as a trim in over a year and my hair was dry and dull do to battling and beating thyroid cancer.Doris did such a good job on my curly head! Most importantly she was confident so I never once felt nervous. I am over the moon happy with my hair...it has new life and sass! Feels very healthy and just looks adorable! I have been there on multiple occasions and the girls are excellent! Samantha greeted me right when I walked in and Blair the store manager is amazing, always welcomes me and know exactly how I like my hair cut! She is an asset to the company, great Supercuts to go to! I recommend Blair to everybody who comes into this salon!

Normally a good experience but today I asked for my normal fade and the he/she cutter started off by running the buzzers down the middle of my head. Point of no return. Seemed to have zero idea what they were doing. Now I have a buzz cut for the first time since I was 10 years old with two very important meetings coming up this week. Thank you for that.

Appt made earlier today for 6pm they are open til 8pm. Got there at 5:45pm and waited in parking lot for them to call me in for hair cut as instructed when I made the appt. 6:30 pm came and went with no call from supercuts so I decided to try to enter facilty. No one was there and they appeared closed. No calls from business to reschedule me or let me know nobody would be there to cut my hair. Waste of my time and now they lost a customer for bad business practices and service. Find a new salon as they do not value your business!

Ive been going to this same Supercuts for over 10 years. Though the personnel have changed, the atmosphere is usually very friendly. Ive never had a complaint about a haircut from these folks, and dont get any of the comments about lack of conversation. If youre used to Joe the barber who knows everyone and spreads the gossip, this isnt that sort of local hangout. The service is professional, the store is clean, and the prices are within reason. At least, for the most part, they dont push product nearly as much as other places. A simple Do you need any product, today is the usual push. Ive been VERY pleased with EVERY visit Ive made to this Supercuts. I have had bad experiences at others, and other franchises of different names that I wont list. I will keep returning to this store, and plan on going there this evening after work, in fact!

The worst haircut of my life. I asked for a simple fade, which is what I always get so I have a good idea about the typical process. The woman I got seemed to have absolutely no idea what she was doing.She FLICKED the buzzer against sides of my head, which not only hurt, but ended up not looking right. She also seemed to look around the table and swapped buzzer heads multiple times, which indicated that she didnt really know what to do.When it came time to trim the top, I was immediately dismayed. Again she was deviating extremely far from what typical experienced hairdressers have done in the past for this exact cut. She grabbed random bits of hair with the tips of her fingers to take 1.5 off when typically you are supposed to grab the hair between your fingers. This was painful because she was essentially yanking my hair each cut. I also gave her feedback saying that it felt uneven, but she brushed it off saying Hmm, looks pretty even, *grabs random bit of hair, oh I guess except this one part *snip*, all even now :).When it came time for the shampoo I thought hey, at least its over, its not like she can mess up a shampoo right?. Wrong. Very wrong. Very very wrong. She put a towel under my head, which is typical, but this covered the entire back of my head. She ended up just shampooing the middle-front of my head and ignoring everything else, so there were still a ton of loose hairs everywhere. I would have let this slide since its not a huge deal, but its just bad icing on the already crappy cake. At this point I just nodded and said Yeah looks good, mhm, lets just consider this finished, paid (did not tip for the first time in my life), and walked out.It was too late to walk out fairly early into this cut since she had already gone too short in a few places so I tried to stay calm and just let her finish for fear of ending up with something seriously monstrous. If this were ever to happen again I will stop everything and leave. It did not get better as it went on as I had hoped.It felt like the person I got was extremely unqualified for this job. I could maybe understand if I went to a beauty school for a discount cut or something, but this was a normal Supercuts. I dont know if theyre just having issues filling positions or what, but this is an unacceptable level of incompetence for a service. If someone is new and can only do the typical buzzcut until they are trained, please have the decency to tell me that so I can wait for someone else or go elsewhere.Do not go here, not even if you are looking for an easy, simple cut. If for whatever reason you absolutely have to go here, please ask for an experienced stylist and tell them you are willing to wait extra time so you do not get an amateur that will seriously screw up your cut or even hurt you with their weird flick technique.

Had my hair cut by Chantel P and she did an awesome job! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. So pleased with how it came out. Plus she was super nice and made me feel very comfortable. I will be going back to see her again if I need anything else done!UPDATE: Chantel P does not work at this Supercuts anymore. The next time I went in for a trim she wasn’t there so a woman named Samantha cut my hair. SHES JUST AS GOOD. Just went back 7/18/19 and had her cut it again. She’s really great. Funny, personable, never rushes. I left feeling like a million bucks after a wash, cut, and blow dry. Thank you Samantha!!! I’ll be seeing her again soon for a blonde balayage. She’s awesome.

Rude staff. Made an appointment on their app, arrived on time, and the stylist was sent to lunch when I was first in line after advance notification and waiting. If they dont have to honor the appointment, neither do I. Luckily they have plenty of competition, and I went down the street.
