The guy was very rude and unprofessional. The towing for 5 miles cost me 245$. It’s rip off. I don’t suggest use their services.

I had to have my motorcycle towed the guy was super super super professional very very careful with my motorcycle I was super impressed would use them again and again Definitely recommend them 100%

The owner is money hungry. He goes to a local development at 10pm and shines a flashlight into 50 plus cars. When he finds one without a parking sticker, he tows it. All for $195? Must have been a slow night.Im still trying to figure out how he backed a car out without a key.

Amazing service my buddies driveway was ice friendly and my car slid down went vertical and almost banged a tree. Harley came and saved the day, the man was brilliant with ways to safely get my car away from harm. WOW - Amazing service late at night - with a very precarious towing situation! Chris Banks the driver for 5 Star Towing showed up in Beverley, MA to help our daughter out - unfortunately she had clipped a curb and landed on a BOULDER - yes - you can image the social media viral posts from this! Chris was wonderful to her - as she was shaken - and arrived from Nashua to take her car back up to repair shop in Nashua. He managed to move the car inch by inch in a magical dance getting the car off the rock - and onto the flat bed. We really appreciated his solution oriented mind and getting the job done with such professionalism. We highly recommend 5 Star Towing. Thank you, thank you, thanks you!!!!

No one sets out to get a flat tire, but I did. I like to think I was fortunate to only have gotten onto the on-ramp at Exit 1 in Nashua, where the world passes you by somewhat slowly without a conscience to offer a bit of assistance. Many calls were made, many cars passed by, losing hope, we defeatedly called 5 Star Towing. Imagine my surprise when Nate showed up within ten minutes of my call, positioned the “pink” (yes, I said pink), tow truck ever so slightly to keep traffic away, while ensuring our safety as well as his own. Nate was professional, polite, humorous, and kind, exactly what you would want in this pre-holiday set-back. Five stars is not enough folks, and the pink is because the owner supports breast cancer, another truck supports autism. Thanks Nate, Thanks 5 Star, Exceptional service, Excellent people!

I had nate come and help me with a broken down car and he was amazing! Got there super fast and was so helpful. I was pretty frazzled and he was very calm and super nice.

Guy that answered phone was very nice and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to call a driver that just finished his shift to see if he would be willing to provide the tow sooner than the driver that was about to make a 3 hour trip before coming to assist us. The driver was onsite within 8 minutes. He was the friendliest, respectful and honest driver Ive ever worked with. This was the best towing experience Ive ever had. 5 Star lives up to there name and the employees are a pleasure to work with.

I was stranded in cold weather. Another company came to jump my car but when it would not start they left me in lot for another call and told me they would come tow it later?!. Paul and Chuck from 5 star ended up helping me. The communication through phone calls and text was great. I felt comfortable my car was taken care as were my concerns. Paul advocated for me through my insurance company and let them know that how I was treated was unfair. 5 stars for 5 star!

Just had these guys towed my 1981 camaro for me and the service was out standing! They got time less than 20 mins after I called and the driver Nate who showed up was extremely friendly and very professional. I recommend 5 Star Towing LLC over any other towing company!

This company is terrible forced my girlfriend to pay 70$ for a service which was not even provided... they applied straight theft never reccomend this terrible company the owner himself is extremely rude not only to us but to his own truck driver that was on scene it was an absolute terrible experience

Best tow around, they run all new trucks (oldest is a 2014), have courteous staff and wont nickel and dime you with any ramp fees, sled fees etc. I would reccommend them to anyone, especially their driver Chuck! He treated me and my vehicle with the utmost respect and did everything he could to minimize damage. 5/5 A++

Had my lowered 300zx break down, they sent Nate to help me out. Hand down the best tow guy Ive ever had. He had a great outlook and attitude, definitely knows a what hes doing! Made sure my car made it safely to its destnation in a timely manner, but took the time to make sure we didnt damage my car or the aftermarket body kit I have on it!! He even helped me push it into my garage afterwards. 5 star towning helped make this unfortunate event way less stressful and at a great price over $100 less then their competitors . Big Thanks to 5 Star Towing LLC of NASHUA NH, 03060 called them today for help Paul took care of us on the phone and then James the driver took it from there this guy used extreme care with my SUV picking it up and then unloading it exactly and precisely on our lift even with the drivers front wheel only being held on by the caliper bracket UNBELIEVABLE SKILL James had a great attitude and made us feel comfortable during the situation BIG thank to James and Paul and of cores 5 Star Towing of NASHUA, NH.
