Super nice people and great to deal with! The tech did a great job, explained everything about what he was doing that day and also how the program worked. He was on time, was a complete professional and was so nice that I felt like we were old friends by the time he left. I couldnt be happier!

Good cost for a one-time treatment with a 9 month guarantee. The tech was humorous, respectful, and knowledgeable. My appointment was later in the day so the tech was obviously tired from their earlier appointments, but he took the time to explain what technique he was going to use for treatment. He answered all my questions too to help me feel more confident in the chosen treatment method being the best for the situation. (I have cats, and the treatment area was in a bedroom, so the chemicals were a big concern point for me) Overall very satisfied with Colonial Pest Control.

Called them up about yellow jackets in my garden bed and they were very friendly. Great customer service all the way through, polite and responsive.Gentleman that came out was informative and thoughtful. Asked if I planned to use the garden for food type plants and adjusted his spray for that. I really appreciate that kind of looking out in a company.Showed up on time, whole thing took less than half an hour. Well be using their services again and I recommend them.

This is our second year using Colonial Pest Control and we are extremely happy with them! They automatically email you to let you know when they are coming (you dont have to be there) for seasonal service. They came the other day and I happened to be home. The technician was wonderful, asking all the right questions (ants?, hornets, etc). He also sprayed for yellow jackets (he found a nest), refilled the poison in the mousetraps in our garage, etc. Could not be happier!

Justin our technician is very knowledgeable and professional. We had lots of questions and he took the time to explain every step of the process. We walked with him during inspection and he showed us where potential problems were and explained in detail how they can be resolved. He found a bees nest in stone wall we were not aware of as well as a tiny hole where bats come to visit in attic. Needless to say we dont want them to visit! Colonial Pest quickly came out to our house and performed a very thorough inspection of the exterior of our house. They plugged three spots where mice could get in. They installed many bait traps in the basement and upstairs. With a six month warranty, they want us to call often for their inspector to come out to check the traps. We are a very happy customer!!

The set-up of the inspection appointment online was easy and efficient. The next available date was reasonable. Justin was phenomenal! He was courteous, professional, informative, and thorough. Additionally, he provided kind and unsolicited notification to us with regards to our safety -- he noted lint collection in the dryer vent trap/cover and told us before he left the property. On time and excellent service. Signed up for annual preventative and maintenance program, they come out twice per year, which is more affordable than calling after a problem. (Carpenter ants, mice).

I have two services a year done for spiders and ants. They always are on time and will come back if I have a problem. So periodically they have come out and gotten rid of rodents and checked for bedbugs. Inspections are included in my service contract and aren’t extra and they are very reasonable in price. We just started a termite treatment and Justin who did the inspection was very knowledgeable. We have used them for close to 20 years and are very happy with them.

I had a positive experience with Colonial Pest Control. I spoke with Joe, who responded quickly by phone to my online inquiry thru their website, and scheduled my service just a week and a half later. The tech arrived in the service window, walked thru everything, explained what he was going to do, and even finished earlier than promised. Ive only seen one ant since they sprayed a week ago! Im happy to have signed up for annual service.

I have used Colonial Pest Control for many years and been happy with the service. My concern is that the technician who sprayed for carpenter ants and other pests did not wear protective equipment, a mask or any other protection. I should have said something because I worry for his health over time.

The bees and wasps trying to build nests in my siding etc. are gone. That was my real concern. Noticing a few ants and the bumblebee nest in the backyard is still active but will try to stay away from that and leave them.

Technicians always take the time to walk around and check all the mice bait traps with me and replace the bait as needed. The perimeter spraying for ants, etc., has left our house ant free since we started with Colonial many many years ago. The mice still manage to get into the shed but have been out of the house for 14 years. Storing things in the shed in plastic bins has reduced their nesting supplies to next to nothing but they still get in to build nests. Havent had any damage from them for many years after a technician told me what materials they would go after. Very happy with Colonials service for many years now.

Ive previously used Colonial for bats and carpenter ants and both times the results have been excellent in getting rid of these pests.

The Technician, Lance, wore a mask and followed Covid safety protocol. He explained what he would do, thoroughly installed rodent exclusion methods and placed bait traps. He explained when we could expect abatement results, that he would return to check bait stations and how the warranty works. We were quite pleased with the level of service and value offered by Colonial Pest Control and highly recommend their services.

As always, I am able to schedule appointment easily and my tech is on time!. He must take thorough notes; he knows exactly what I need and where the property needs attention.

We used Colonial for a carpenter ant treatment. Very easy from start to finish. Called and spoke to someone and got a quote right away. Price was the best out of other places I called to get quotes from. They scheduled to come out the next day and the gentleman that came out was friendly and professional. The ants were gone immediately. Extremely satisfied overall.

The office staff is always quick to respond and attentive to my needs. The service staff is excellent about communicating their time of arrival and their completion. The quality of their work and effectiveness of the treatment has been reliable and consistent.

I just talk to them on the phone. I havent hired them since they dont offer a consulting visit. They just sell you the whole $450 package without even knowing that there is a problem or not. They were ok on the phone but limited on options as I say.

So far, we purchased a full year of coverage. We were supposed to get a complete respray after wasps returned to nesting in the eaves and the ants started to show up again after a good bit of rain and only a couple of weeks. I called for a respray. It was scheduled, and then never heard anything. I guess we will try someone else next year. Cant really afford to pay for another company. Really disappointed.

Colonial was great. They arrived within their 2-hour window (in fact, they called to say theyd be a few minutes early, which was fine) They took care of our problem & postponed their regular bi-annual maintenance due to sudden rain. They also checked & replaced our mouse deterrents where needed and gave advice on how we could diminish future problems.

I can’t say enough about their semi annual service! Well worth the money and you can call them for any pest related issues throughout the year at no charge. I thought I had hornets nests in my shrubs and they came the next day to take care of it ! Amazing!

Our house is quite old and the wood siding is deteriorating in a number of places, allowing mice to get into all kinds of places around the house. The technician found all possible entry points, sealed them up, planted bait to get rid of any remainders, and reviewed maintenance tips with us to help keep mice from coming back. Even better, the treatment is under warranty so if an issue crops up, we can have them come back at no cost to us! We were really really pleased with the service!

They came for a pretreatment to prevent insects and rodents from entering and nesting on/around the house. The serviceman was prompt-they gave me a window between 8-10 and he was there at 8, got the job done, very polite and went on his way and I promptly get the reports after.

They came out within a few days of my initial cost and set me up on their semi annual program. The first time someone showed up to spray around the house was July 14th, which is way too late in the season. The excuse he gave me was the previous two times they tried to come out and spray it was raining. We just had the driest month of May and June!! Its now been a week since they sprayed and we still have a bunch of ants in the house.....
