As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the associates. He kindly told me to sign in and to feel free to have a seat or walk around the store, which ever I preferred. That associate was friendly and welcome. The store itself was clean and as I was waiting, several displays around the store displayed my position in line. My position was updated as I was waiting so there was no guess for when I would be next. While you wait you can watch a show or stuff your face with the snacks provided at the counter. A different associate helped me and while he offered suggestions for other programming, I decided I would not be interested in maintain my cable subscription. I had no issues. Overall, great customer service.
