Chet was great! He spent a good amount of time making sure the piano was tuned right for my niece’s first lesson. It hadn’t been used or tuned in several years, so it had a few issues. He explained in detail what he found & did to fix the piano.We loved the joke he shared with us. My niece told her mom; she loved it! He also gave a recommendation on a piano instructor nearby. My niece was so excited for her first lesson & Chet made that possible. We highly recommend him. Thank you for everything!

Our piano was In rough shape following a move and no tuning for a few years. Chet was easy to work with, flexible in scheduling, and clearly very knowledgeable and professional in his craft. In the end, he spent a good deal of extra time on the instrument, fixing several issues not related to tuning, but repairs that made it sound even better. Chet spent a couple of hours going over every detail of our old piano. This is the first time it was tuned in many years and it had numerous issues. He must have fixed them all because it sounds great. We had a party of over 100 folks and it was well received.

Another tuner had actually broken one of my piano keys and Chet came out and fixed it as well as gave my whole piano a true tuning! He took his time and went above and beyond what he could have. I will definitely be using Chet again!
