I’ve had an awesome experience with Truly Nolen for our air bnb property in Naples. Our tech Lon is so friendly and knowledgeable and anytime we have a breakthrough pest problem between visits they have been quick to respond and show up on time. We are on the annual maintenance plan and I couldn’t be happier with the service. One bad review for bugs could devastate a rental so we appreciate that they do such a great job keeping our home clean and pest-free!

Had ants in my kitchen. Sean McPherson showed up on time. He inspected the inside and outside and was able to diagnose where they were coming from. When he baited the trap, the swarm began and he was able to subvert the ants away from my house. Great Job!

Truly the worst. This company is absolutely delightful on the phone, then does not show up at the time they scheduled. Rochelle did not respond to phone calls or messages asking if she was going to show up or reschedule. That was just the initial appointment!! The next appointment was made for Rochelle to show up between 3 and 5. She showed up at 10:30 am, and said the missed appointment, lack of being able to tell time or be respectful of other people’s time/schedules is “a Florida thing”. Absolutely the worst company. There are soooo many companies other than Truly Nolan that actually respect your time and show up to provide service. Truly Nolan, is truly the worst.

Although the service was pretty good, they screw over the customer if you cancel the service.The charge is $500 per year, but if you pay in full up-front, you get a $25 discount for the year.When I canceled, 3 out of 4 services were done. So I should have received $118.75 refund (one quarter of $475). They claimed that its only $100 refund because each quarterly service is $125. But as I explained to them, thats only the case if I pay by the service, but I paid up-front to get the $25 discount for the year. Nowhere on the bill does it say I get that $25 discount only for the last quarter. They owe me another $18.75, but they played dumb and refuse to calculate it correctly.We had similar issues with them when we recommended them to two new customers over the years. For each new customer, we were supposed to get a $25 gift card. Each time, we had to call several times over several months before they finally sent those out.

1. Last year our regular technician was assigned to a different area. We had been happy with him for 8 years. The new tech informed us that there was a rodent problem in our attic. After paying Truly Nolan an additional $600.00 on top of our yearly service contract of $444.00 the rodent tech determined that we did NOT have rodents in the attic. Truly Nolan’s response was to reassign us our original tech. That tech is now no longer available.2. Our yearly contract renewal date has always been the beginning of April. Somehow their system has changed that and backdated the renewal date to January 1st effectively shortchanging us three months of service. I have received multiple bills stating that our payment is due January 1st and every time I call I’m told to just ignore the bill. Today I received another incorrect invoice for January and have canceled our contract early. The indifference by the Fort Myers Florida manager was amazing. Sorry Truly Nolan but the cute advertising isn’t enough to maintain your customer base.

My tech guy in Naples, Larry, is great. He acts on any concerns I might have and explains details above and beyond. Great service. I am very happy with the Naples office and the service they provide in Naples. However, I cancelled my service for a home out by Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary that was handled by the Estero office due to multiple times of them just showing up without notifying me first or confirming or making an appointment - which was a huge inconvenience due to the fact that I had to drive 40 minutes to meet them. It was not the various technicians fault - but the Estero office. This was explained and expressed several times, and finally, I just cancelled the service.

Our tech Cameron based in Bonita Springs was professional in all aspects of his job, on time, pleasant, answered all questions, etc.

Im a new customer but I can tell you that Mark was very thorough and the ants that were in the kitchen were gone within a day. He is going to come back on a follow-up visit to check everything. So far, so good!

20 minute phone wait, then it was like talking to McDonalds. No clue about anything, just somebody taking orders.

Tech did not check if we were home to ask if any problem areas. No report or notice left on door and no email about service has been received, I have 3 service contracts that need to be coordinated in timing. Pest, bait stations and snake away need to be all on same day instead of a week apart. Call me.

1st experience with Truly Nolan. All appears to be fine. I will say the time the technician was on site seemed a little rushed as did the 10 day follow up. All in all, pleased with the service.

I paid for a years service on 9-8-20, for $ 524.40, but my invoice yesterday showed $ 138 due for that appointment.

I called them to come give me a quote on a treatment plan for my home. I bought a 700$ a year treatment plan for I really didn’t have an insect problem and I wanted to keep it that way. I paid up front for the year. Guys showed up to treat and were pleasant and quick. The only problem I have now is after the treatment and my payment up front they sent me a new/another bill for what looks like the cost of selling me the plan. It looks like it costed 105$ to send out the guy to sell me the 700$ plan. I have spoke with them about this and am waiting to hear back from them. If it did cost 105$ For the rep to come give me a quote, which I was not briefed on it will be my last year with Truly Nolen. I don’t care how nice their old classic cars are.

I would like someone to come and talk to me more about my yard and what I can do to keep bugs and other insects away.

THE BEST OF THE BEST! Our representative, Mark, is truly wonderful. We have dogs. He is extremely careful about what he does for our home, and somehow manages to keep us bug free. He came recently when we were away and found lots of ants crawling up the side of the house. He treated them so we came home to a bug free house. I can not recommend Mark or Truly Nolen enough.

After having a pest control service for the 1st time, it was the worst decision ever! We paid for a year service. We were told after 1st treatment we had a big headed ant problem, by the last treatment recently, it was our fault we had a big headed ant problem!!! Actually, just the opposite, Truly Nolen CANNOT GET RID OF ANTS!!! We hired them to keep bugs out of our home, Truly Nolen has NO CLUE How to keep bugs out of your home! 2nd: we were told by the salesman that they would come out once a month to keep spiders out of our lanai, that didn’t happen either, also, every time Truly Nolen spray for spiders, bugs, it’s like the spiders & bugs came out quadrupled!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! We now hear they are the worst company!! Be warned!!

Lon was and always is my hero. I couldn’t live without him! He’s rescued me from bee’s, palm rats and now Cane toads. He knows just what to do and isn’t afraid to do it. He informed me on what to look for and to call him at the first sign of anything. I’ve been a very satisfied customer for many years. I would recommend Truly Nolen as your first and only choice for pest control.

I appreciate their professionalism, consistency, and quality of product. Years ago, while living on the East Coast of Florida in a large wood home, I learned we had both subterranean and dry wall termites. I searched around, and learned one company would tent with poison that was guaranteed to work for only the time the poison was under the tent. I contacted Truly Nolan. They had a non-toxic biologic method for handling both types of termites, PLUS they Provide a guarantee with an annual contract (visit home to refresh and prevent further infestation). In the following years we lived there, we never Had another problem, and the contract transferred to the new owners as long as they chose to continue to put it in their name. Outstanding company.

Truly Nolens technician, Bill, did a great job in dealing with an infestation of grain bugs. Worked hard to identify the nests, spent time discarding contaminated items, and gave good advice in handling things post visit. In short, Bill did a terrific job.

I recently had an issue with pests inside my own house and called them immediately. The inspector rep Jason came out to do an evaluation and he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions - Plus their prices were very competitive with all the other companies I called. I recently moved from out of town to naples fl. I called them for a quote. The guy showed up in a clown car, dressed up like a mouse. There was no way I was doing business with this company that looked like they belonged in the circus. I called another more reputable and dignified company.

The technician wipes the eves of spider webs and bugs before spraying the exterior. I havent had any issues with bugs in the past 2 years they have sprayed for me. I live in the estates with lots of woods surrounding the home, so this is a terrific feat in itself.

Truly Nolan is absolutely wonderful! They make me feel confident that my home is protected against infestation, and if I see anything suspicious they come right out! The part is, they use animal friendly products!

Called to get service since a neighbor recommended them. They quoted me 110.00 higher then my neighbor which has the identical unit then when I tried to call back left two messages with the man in charge of area never got a call back. Called main office was just referred back to the man in my area.Very poor way to run business in my opinion.If I could give them less then a one star I would. My neighbor even called to ask why such a difference since she has only been with them a few years and they just said price increase. I dont mind paying a little more as Im sure costs do rise but I think I was getting taken at 110.00 more for exact same service and exact same unit . Beware of this company.
