I have lived in Naples for almost 2 years now and have tried a couple of different salons and not one of them has came anywhere close to the service I received from Andy!!! I am very happy that I decided to give Nail Creations a try. Andy who did my gel manicure asked me several times if I was happy with what he was doing. I have been in salons in Naples that didn’t even speak to me. Thank you for having a clean and professional salon and for actually taking the time to make sure I was happy with my service!! I have found a great salon. I also had eyebrows waxed by Lisa she did and amazing job and took her time to make sure that they looked great!

I got my nails done twice with the owner Andy he is patient and a real professional. I changed my mind about the size and color of my nails. He only said no problem and start all over. He asked me questions to make sure I like what he is doing. I value his customer service skills, knowledge and most of all his patients

This establishment was very,very clean.Also it was very relaxing.Soft guitar music, no tv, very peaceful and quiet.Prices very reasonable,staff was friendly and nails and predicate was great.

Pedicure is $28 but if you want gel polish you’ll have to pay $20 more.Hey, I’ll pay $10 but it’s definitely not worth $20 extra. I’ve been to much nicer salons where you’re served bottled water, soda.... even wine (you get a Dixie cup of water here)..... and only charged $10 extra for gel.I’ve been getting this done for years and have never been charged this much.

I have been coming here since 2013. Andy is amazing his dad as well as his wife Kim is amazing at eyebrows and nails. Just as well like Tina and Lisa. Everyone has their reviews and opinion and that is okay. But dont expect to walk in there and demand an immediate chair in season. I always make appointments and Im seated within the 5 mins. If you dont got an appointment they give you a time to come back which is understandable. They are very nice and work with you. Thank you Nail Creations you guys are always great to me!!!!

All I can say is wow! This salon has exceeded my expectations by far, i have been a loyal customer since 2014 and wouldnt have it any other way! They have great service and offer the best prices for their services! Andy is accommodating and a professional at what he does!

I am a customer of Nail Creations for 6 years now, these people are the best!! I have been all over town, the mall, many nail shops and I havent found anywhere better, they are my place for nails. This is a family run business and they really care about their customers. In the beginning I wasnt pleased on one of my trips and the owner took me over and now does my nails personally. A great nail shop.

Wish I could give this salon 0 stars. I got a spa pedicure and french manicure. The salon seemed clean and the woman doing my nails was pleasant. My french manicure was sloppy and within days the polish started lifting off my nails and peeling. I have never had that happen before. My pedicure also started chipping within days. I decided to go back and complain and they did my french manicure over again, but only touched up my pedicure, even though I showed them that my callouses werent addressed. Again, within days, my manicure was a mess. The polish they use is obviously old. I should have know since the nail tech kept adding polish remover to the polish. Would never go back here. A total waste of money!

I absolutely love this place! I searched and searched and finally found a place that does amazing work and its with in my price range.Everyone is so sweet and they are always happy to see me:)Ill be getting married soon and this is were ill be going as always to get the best service ever for my special day!

The family and workers are very nice people. Everytime I go I feel very welcome and I am always treated good. The salon is very clean, they do a great job, and I highly recommend them!

I had such a horrible experience and it was my first time there, one of the younger ladies that do acrylics, yelled at me because I told her the nail was slanted and then when I asked her if she could fix it she shouted at me if you dont like it GET OUT! How can someone talk to their customers like that ?
