I had a wonderful experience at GL!! The staff were friendly and diligent. Even though my appointment was at a very busy time it didnt feel like a rushed experience. I will be recommending this salon to my friends!

Great service! Everyone is very professional and the place is really clean. They are always taking such a good care of me and my 5 years old daughter!

Horrible management! If I could give them less than 1 star, I would! I went there for a pedicure and was told 20 minutes, after 20 minutes a male worker sat me in the pedicure area, filled up the water and came back 10 minutes later to tell me there was another appointment ahead of me and they won’t be doing my pedicure for another 30-35 minutes. They take in customers without appointments and when their appointments show up they cannot accommodate.Beware of Jack, he does not know how to give a gel/sns manicure. Save time and go somewhere else with better management! There is not one thing special about this place!

It was a very clean establishment ESPECIALLY with Covid. My nail technician was amazing and gave a great massage one if the best I had in so long.My manager is very rude and when I called to ask why I was charged an extra fee that es I y brought to my attention he was very rude over the phone and had said that I was being mean to him and proceeded to yell at me and hung up. If you’re looking for better service I recommend LV nails. They have better customer service and they actually communicate to you.

I randomly came to this salon.. just googled nail spa near me.. wow I hit the jackpot though. Best pedicure I have ever had. Even though there are a ton of salons closer to where I live, I will go out of my way to return.

My nails look disgusting the shape was not good at all and the shape of my nails was not the shape I asked for

They did an amazing job they got me in quickly as a walk-in even though they were pretty busy! The price was a lot lower than I ever remember when I’ve gotten my nails done and I got a full set done within 30 minutes and it wasn’t a rush job he just got to it and did amazing work!

They have shields installed for everyones protection and ask nicely that you wear a mask and then take ur temperature. They wear little hazmat suits and masks 😷 themselves. Place did not feel thoroughly cleaned after being closed so long.Guy Lan did my pedi and never asked me what I wanted, if I wanted to upgrade (I did, but didnt ask). Watched him drop a tool he was using on the floor then pick it up and resume working. Felt rushed the whole time.I was hoping they would replace the old polishes but they looked like the same as always.

Ive been coming here for years. They are friendly and always provide good service. I am always a walk in and usually dont wait too long. Spa pedicure is amazing.

I was going here for 2 years. they have no knowledge of customer service. they dont even tell you what theyre charging you! when you ask you get yelled at saying they already told you! not a good place at all.

My pedicure was actually really nice. the employees were nice, but I got gel nails and not only did they rush, but the polish started coming off within 3 hours. there are at least 2 nails that are unevenly painted which is making them look different colors. also since they didnt have me wash my hands after filing them, there was some nail dust on my nails which also made my nails lumpy.

I took my mother rhere for mothers day. The people were nice and they did a seemingly good job, but the next day the gel nail polish peeled off of my one thumb and is chipping off the other! Its not like I do any kind of hard labor to cause it either. Kinda disappointed....

I love this place and the employees. I have been going here for over a year now, and they always do a great job. If I realized later that a nail is not perfect or if I mess up my gel, I go back and they always fix it for me. Great customer service!

Ive been coming here for years. Always busy but very accommodating and polite.Theyve recently jacked the prices up on things so be prepared.

My daughter and I enjoy going here together for really great spa pedicures. The extra time they take on the massage is amazing!

Showed up late for a double mani and wasnt a problem at all even tho they were slammed with customers and still received 5 star service. I have found my permanent nail salon. Also I saw a variety of other services available that interest me so another reason to visit. 💋

Horrible experience. 3 of us booked an appintment for 3 pm this past week. When we show up they didnt have our appointment spot so we had to stagger. When we finally sit down they didnt turn on my foot spa, she did not scrape my feet and when she was removing my cuticle skin she cut my toe. I was bleeding and she did not acknowledge it, the rest of the toes were not even cut or filed straight. I was in the chair a total of 18 minutes. When we complained they did nothing, never going back. They also do not seem to sterilize their equipment properly.

Really nice people, nice clean place with English speaking technician. Quite nice.

This was my first visit, recommended by my new neighbor, and it was great. Alan was my Nail Technician and he did a great job! The entire experience (mani and pedi) was pleasant and thorough. BUT what I was most impressed with was how they cleaned the shop from top to bottom. (I was the last customer and they - everyone - was cleaning.) I have found my new nail home! Very disappointed. I go there all the time!!! Went to use the rest of my gift certificate and they wouldnt accept it. I used 25.00 of the 35.00 gc. It was expired by a day, its not like its a coupon, but they actually got that money in their hand and refused to allow me to use it. I come here all the time, and sorry to say the guy working on me got the short end of this stick. Not to mention I was sitting in the chair for 45 min before anyone came over to me. Just as a curtiousy they shouldve taken the gc. Again if its an expired coupon fine, but a gift certificate - please, they are just being greedy! Ill be going to AWESOME NAILS at the Strand on Immokalee Rd. Friendly and quick to serve you, wonderful work, and they offer beverages for free.
