Five stars is just not enough that I can give to Total Home Cleaning Company. I purchased a condo to run as a short term rental in Naples. I interviewed a few companies because I wanted to be sure that I find someone reliable especially because I live out of state. This crew won me over from day one. They respond to emails and/or text messages within minutes. All my tenants love how clean the unit looks and smells when they stay in our place. Ive had a couple of emergencies with minor repairs that needed to be taken care of while the tenant was there. Total Home was able to send out their handyman right away. They are also very reasonably priced.This company is a one stop shop!

Couldnt be more satisfied with their work. Left a large home that needed a deep cleaning upon departure. Took this company at the suggestion from my daughter who uses them at her home. Showed up on time, cleaned every inch and surface in the home, behind appliances, in the appliances, lanai, garage and so much more. When they say deep cleaning, they mean deep cleaning. Job took much longer than expected as the home was large but kept his word on the quoted price which was extremely reasonable. Many companies use a bait and switch mentality but they kept to their word, which means a lot. Would most definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in our new home.

Dan Caruso, the owner, was prompt, friendly and very professional. He put my mind at ease when I told him we needed to schedule a thorough cleaning as soon as possible after having a full house, with 5 teenagers visiting. He was able to schedule our cleaning the very next day. I requested his team use some additional products that I would provide (eg, a steam vacuum) and without hesitation they were happy to accommodate. They left my house immaculate - literally floors gleaming and home smelling so clean - a direct quote from my husband whos there while Im out of town. Furthering the point, my husband is not so domesticated and would not normally comment on a clean home. ;-) We will continue to use Total Home Cleanings on a regular basis. I highly recommend working with Dan and his very kind team.

The owner Dan is very hands on, he does a walkthrough on the first visit, makes a list of what your preferences are and uses that list weekly. If you require a special service or a change of date, he is readily available to make that change. The girls do a wonderful job of making sure that the house is clean, dusted and in perfect condition when you return home. I would highly recommend them.

I hate to leave a poor review, but this is still on my mind after 3 months. While Dan was very responsive and nice, I was not pleased with the actual cleaning. It was supposed to be a move-in clean, however, it was evident that fans, switch plates, towel bars, and other surfaces were not dusted, drawers were not vacuumed, and granite counters were not thoroughly wiped. I also had a couple things on the counter which they took and threw out thinking it was trash, but it wasnt. One of the items was returned. Dan immediately came back after I informed him of this, and I was impressed that he took it upon himself to finish the cleaning. Unfortunately, he scratched my bathroom mirrors using a harsh abrasive which I didnt notice until after he left. I paid full price, but I wont be using them again.
