I was let go today as a temp. Although i was told my performance was excellent, i defended myself against a tenured bully. I was let go for being a bad fit, unable to tolerate the bullying. Literally. This is the work culture here. The gaslighting was pathological. How a company treats the lowest paid, matters. It reflects poorly and is disrespectful.
