I have found the communication from Elite totally lacking. I hired them for a job as I had no idea about permits. Well I still dont. They have given me a bill without any communication and the job not being done, no matter how many times I ask. You might have more luck if you understand the whole permitting process etc, but then you probably wouldnt need this company. Total disappointment.
