The one star denotes an extra “service”, commonly known as stealing. This company comes with own equipment, however, if you leave them alone they go through all your drawers and cabinets and take whatever suits their needs- tee shirts, cleaning supplies, and more if they could. Oh and they do very little cleaning. Beware!
