Mike the owner is a gem.We were vacationing in Naples for several days, and had persistent problems with our Hertz rental car. The tire wasn’t holding pressure and we had to keep refilling it each morning. We were afraid of getting a blowout. After 5 days of getting hostile and indifferent reactions from Hertz customer service and trying unsuccessfully to reach Hertz roadside assistance, we decided to bring the car into a local AAA-approved service station.Mike repaired our tire at no charge, even after we urged him to take payment. He said he felt that Hertz did us wrong, and he wanted to do his part to fight against the lack of customer service and caring in the world. He even offered us a tin of home-baked cookies as we waited for the repair. He found that the prior Hertz repair of the tire was a faulty plug, and he repaired the hole with a proper patch.Mike runs a spanking clean and professional shop. His staff, especially the office manager, Jeanneth Gutierrez, was the first kind face we met with regarding the car issue.We spoke with an elderly lady who was waiting for her car who said that she’d been taking her car there for many years and recommends this place to all of her friends.We live in Brooklyn, and wish that we could have our own car serviced by Mike. We hope to repay him by writing this review.

Stop scrolling looking for a mechanic and shop!! Mark (there are two here and BOTH are amazing) were extremely helpful, honest, and so incredibly hard working! You are never surprised about the work and they communicate any issues. You walk away knowing that your car is in great hands and feeling like they’ve got your best interest. I had a long cross country trip and brought my car in for service. They checked for everything possible ensuring my piece of mind. At the same time my sister’s car wheel rod bent and they were able to get her in, fixed, and out in a timely fashion ensuring her safety. I cannot say enough about this place. Call them YOU WON’T regret it! 10/10 would keep using them again!

Was there today for the first time—receptionist was joyful and prompt. The AC recharge and synthetic oil change, completed in one hour without an appt at their Airport-Pulling location, was only $145! That included a complementary vehicle inspection and a vacuum.I highly recommend them—from the phone call to the service to the price, their customer service is top-notch. I see why they get such good customer reviews.

I use to get an oil change from them when I had old car and kept going when I got my new car. Oil chance was around $120 and the sticker said my next oil change was at 5000 miles. I had to get my new car checked on at the dealer and also was in need of an oil change. They charged me about the same and it was good for 10k miles. Windermere wanted me back after only going through half of my oil run. They also replaced the front brakes and they were super loud and they said thats how it was. Rough breaking and ultimately i had to get it checked by the dealer. They also charged me for a balance and didnt balance the wheels. I had to come back a week later when I had time. I dont recommend going there. They seem friendly but also want to try to sell you ANYTHING. They care about making money consistently and not being honest.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

I brought my Cadillac CTS V6 4 to Windermere I was not sure what to do with it because i was told my cars trans. was not working well, was told needed new one. I didnt have that kind of money.I thought i was in big trouble. They took it in 10 min. after another 10 min. They told me all it needed was a fluid change and filter.then they took me to see my tires they were all warn on the inside where you could not see when car was on the ground. I said i dont have a lot of money. they said they could get me tires for cheap,with an alignment and they did and i like the tires better than the ones on the car. So for much less than a trans.job i got a smooth ride and a great shifting car. Honest caring people, that go out of their way to keep you on the road safely. THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH

I have never been treated so poorly by someone who I was paying for services.I was scolded by the owner, Michael, for calling 3 times to inquire about my car. They promised a return call but it never came. Cant you see how busy I am He then proceeded to ignore me and assist customers who came in after me when I arrived to pick up my car. I believe this was payback for me bothering him to find out if my car was ready.Told me I needed new tires. As he was recommended by a friend, I said ok. Then I was told that I had to prepay for tires!!I am so angry with myself that I was intimidated to purchase tires due to his behavior towards me. But guess what, after he sealed the deal, he was Mr. Nice guy.There are so many more details that I cant include. My experience was humiliating and will be the last time.

I told her I was going on a trip and she suggested a diagnostic and explained every process of the procedure and answered all of my questions in a cheery happy tone and made me so excited that I cant wait to continue this business relationship with mark Michael and the guys and gals at Windermere ! Professional and personalized service that is rarely seen in today’s time. They have been maintained and done major repair work on my old car for 10+++ years and I’ll tell you, it drives like BRAND NEW! Everyone that works there cares and they are helpful & transparent. They want you to leave and return happy every time. I can actually say, it’s a pleasure doing business with them.

I am very pleased with the service received here. It was recommended to me and was the second place that I called to fix a burned out bulb. I called the Toyota dealer in the area and they said it was going to cost me > $500 because the entire assembly needed to be replaced. After calling Windermere I was told I could drive in and they could tell me what needed to be done. They replaced my bulb in a matter of minutes and charged me less than $20. I am very appreciative and will direct my future auto needs here first!

I really cant say enough good things about this place and their staff. They went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right and I had my truck back when I needed it. Mark stayed until after 8pm to get the work done and Andrea at the front was great with getting back to me so I was in the loop on when to expect my truck back. Theyve won my business for life. What a great experience. The service was extremely fast and pricing was fair. I originally thought the compressor needed to be replaced, which Mark and his team could’ve went along with but they checked it out and it was just a leaking hose, he called to let me know within 30 mins of dropping it off to see if he should move forward and gave me a total over the phone. So refreshing to have an honest mechanic! I left with ice cold AC and my bank account still intact! Will highly recommend in the future and take her back to Windermere for repairs. Receptionist was super friendly and personable, which is always a plus!

Its so hard to find a repair shop that is honest and conscientious in SWF. This place is all that. I had some low profile tires put on custom rims and I read that Windermere had the best equipment to do it so I went there.Made an appointment and my car was getting worked on within minutes (so many places you make an appointment and then they make you wait an hour or more before they start the job!).As a car guy / mechanic I watched him do the job. After mounting 2 tires, the value stem on the 3rd tire blew out of the rim (I had asked him to leave my custom stems in). Without asking he went back and unmounted the tires he had already mounted and replaced ALL the stems.The job took a while and as I watched around the shop I saw other employees doing extra work that owners would never see but made their repair better.... going above and beyond (quit a shock these days).No damage to the rims (like other shops) and tires run great... so happy.Mike and Mark are easy to deal with (some of these places are so rude). PS: Guys, I would recommend renting a dumpster some slow day and getting rid of all the old parts you have laying around... but no big deal.

I went in thinking I had one problem, but they checked it and said it wasnt time to repair it. They did fix another small issue I brought up, so my bill was about 1/2 of expected. Any other mechanic could have done both, but their honesty will pay off with multiple referrals.

Best of the best.I heard some scraping coming from my front brakes a few days ago, Windermere inspected them, informed me the brakes were fine, explained I probably had some rust build up on the rotors and the brakes still had lots of life left.After having issues with the dealership a few years ago it feels great to find a shop in Naples that I trust completely.

Ladies do not come here without a man they will play you like a fiddle!! I dropped my car off on a slow Tuesday morning for a diagnostic and was told that it would take a few hours. They kept my car till Friday and I called them several times throughout the week and they didn’t even do a diagnostic. I wish I knew better and didn’t put my trust in them because they are not reliable.

I went there to take in my car. The problem is fix but the engine light is still on. I went to get the engine light on. Check on the car and took the engine light off but soon drove off the garage come back one. I always get my car work done. But this experience was not what i was hoping. But thanks again.

We recently moved to Naples and needed to find a new place for car service/repair. And not trusting the industry we looked hard. I can tell you first hand I am thrilled with the Honesty and integrity of Windermere. Quick story my son took his truck to Ram in Naples he was told he needed brakes ( only 20% left) and something else. He did not make an appointment because I had used Windermere for our car. I booked an appointment telling Mark what Ram said. I dropped off the truck, and when Mark called he said the truck DID NOT need brakes yet there was 35% left!!! I truly thanked him and said what do I owe you. He said 35$ for brake inspection. When I got there to pick up the truck ready to pay I was told NO charge!!! So we are customers for life and will recommend them always. Because I dont mind spending the money for car repairs However the Honesty is invaluable and so appreciated. So totally 5 stars for Mark and the staff.

I give them my highest rating. Brought my Subaru in due to accelerating and braking problems. They tested it thoroughly, took it on 15 mile test drive and informed me that my floor mat was blocking the peddle AND 1) they didnt make me feel like an idiot (which I already did) AND they didnt charge me!!! I brought my car into this shop today for the First time 2017 Nissan Versa for a wheel alignment. I spoke to Micheal at the front desk he was super helpful. About an hour later he had called and said my car was done. So i returned we talked i told him I was not pleased with my current place i normally go to. And i was interested in bringing all my cars to his shop. Which included a company box truck a d van. While outside my mom came to drop me off. I told him she been having some ac concerns he looked it over but at the second it wasnt getting warm. He said when it does come back he wants to see so he can fix the problem. He never pushed services on us we was very pleased and greatful he even offered to get my mom a nice cold drink. Thank You for that. Things like that make you stand out. We are in Naples from Indiana on vacation. On the way down our Grand Cherokee developed a wander on the highway. I called 3 places in Naples and they had the best price quote and offered to get it in at 5:15pm that day. The owner is very friendly and easy to talk to. He discussed his alignment rack with me and said the Jeep looked good and should align out fine. His tech took it for a ride and showed me exactly where the alignment was and how the adjusted it with a color print out. No up sell, no nonsense, and the price was exactly the earlier quote. They stayed open an hour later than their normal time to make sure I could get my vehicle back that day. Trustworthy mechanics here with good equipment, and good prices. What more can you ask for?

Best car repair shop I’ve been to, Michael and his team go above and beyond for all his clients. Took my car in to get a lot of maintenance work and they did an amazing job and always let me be aware of what was going on with my car, now my car runs better than ever. Whether it’s engine repair or something as simple as an oil change they are the best! Only shop in Naples my family and I will be going to from now on.

Called Windermere Sustainable Car Care on Thursday and my car was in their shop on Friday. The workers were friendly and kept me up to date. My only negative is that I had to ask several times the amount of my bill and was only provided the amount once the service had concluded. I cannot complain about $70 for a new tire and bumper repair. If you do not like surprise amounts I would suggest you stay on top of it.

The entire staff is exceptional, and the owner is the most generous, caring, and understandable person I have ever met. We were in the middle of a drive back from the keys, with 13 hours left, when our car suddenly started to overheat. We didnt know what to do and were terrified that we would be stranded. Luckily, we stumbled upon Michael and his crew.With it being a Friday afternoon, we were sure that he wouldnt even consider looking at it. Boy, were we wrong!! Not only did he find the time to look at it, he stayed after the shop closed, helped diagnose what the cause was, and attempt to repair the problem.Unfortunately, the problem seemed bigger than what we first thought. Michael, the owner, helped us find a place to stay, bought us dinner, and called every mechanic to see if they could help us out. My car is a valuable investment that I need to operate correctly and when I need repairs or routine maintenance Windermere is the only place to go. The waiting rooms are comfortable and clean so are the bathrooms. I’ve never feel like I’m in a “grungy mechanic shop” and for us ladies, that’s important. This place has saved people so much money. They are honest and I know about cars so I know when someone is honest or not. Its funny Ive seen people that work at Mercedes and Toyota go to this place because they even know how great it is and how much of a ripoff it is where they work. Bottom line is if you have the money and really dont care about getting ripped off then go wherever you want. But if you want to save money like most people who have common sense and work hard for there money then I recommend going here. I live near estero and always come down here. The extra $5 in gas saves me hundreds in maintenance so its an easy decision. I wouldnt waste my time to write this review if I didnt have too. Go here once and I BET you wont want to go anywhere else again.

Top shop in Naples. Came in with a whining noise in engine compartment. Thought it was power steering pump, but it was a bit more complicated than that. They replaced pump, and 2 other components without charging me extra. Also, gave me ride home and picked me up. Kristen is awesome. They will take good care of you. Thank you so much.

Great place and great people. They will treat you honestly and fair. We take all our vehicles here for both repairs and oil changes and would recommend them to anyone. Doesnt matter what make you have they will take care of it.

Would have given higher rating but just had a salty experience at the end. After sitting in the lobby and waiting two hours to mount and balance two tires I went up to the register to pay. The owner was at the counter chewing out his office assistant right in front of me and told her to follow him in the back to figure something out right now. Meanwhile, even though my vehicle was complete and I was ready to pay, I had to wait for the office manager to get dealt with before I could pay and go on with my day. Just another five minutes or so, but very awkward right in front of a customer and an inconvenience after I’ve already waited two hours. Tires are working well though so thank you!

Michael runs a top notch repair shop. You get a feeling of trust before the work even begins. I had a noise problem that I had two different shops try to diagnose and fix the problem. One of them was a dealer for the make of car I was driving. Michael not only found the problem but had it fixed in a minimal amount of time. Im a young, single female who has driven her car across the country for moves more than once. Im familiar with dishonest auto shops and have often been given the run-around regarding vehicle repairs. That being said, I think Windermere might be the only honest repair shop Ive ever come across in all my travels. After my experiences with Mike, I can say the only person I trust more with my car is my own father (!). I took my car in to have the rear-wheel draft shaft replaced on my AWD. It had been quoted at another popular shop for $1300; when all was said and done, Mike charged me about $550 cheaper for the exact same job and never pressured me for any additional repairs. If I werent gearing up for another cross-country trek, Id say Id be a customer for life. I absolutely would (and have) recommend Mike and his team at Windermere to a friend.

BEST mechanic in Naples BY FAR! Honest work, affordable prices, clean shop, friendly staff. Came in to Windermere with car problems that I had identified through a different mechanic that had tried to rip me off with trumped up part prices and outrageous labor costs and their knowledgeable staff was able to confirm the problem and fix it within a few hours! I had a separate problem that occurred shortly after the fix at Windermere that was related to some of the work they had done. They didnt try to give me any run around and stayed true to their word to get everything in proper working order. They were able to fit me back in to rectify the issue in very short notice! They even shared some of their lunch with me while I waited. Finding an honest, reliable, friendly and affordable shop/mechanic is no small feat anywhere but I can say with 100% certainty that this establishment is all of that and goes above and beyond with their work. Ill be bringing my vehicle here from now on and would recommend it to anyone in need of car service!

Honest and Over qualified mechanics, Mark and Josh are great at what they do took the time to make sure my truck was ready for the road and long term. Ordered tires from Amazon and ship them to their location, they are trust worthy and very reasonable with no gimmicks.

I took my car to this shop and when i got it back there was a scratch down the side and a bad gas leak. When i took it back to them to bring it to there attention i was told by them in a much ruder way that they would not do anything about it and that i could leave their property. I since then took it to another shop and found out that when my car was put on the lift that they had crushed my gas tank and cracked it open. I had taken it in for back brakes and am now paying another shop to replace my damaged gas tank. I would not recomend anyone take any vehicle to this shop for they are very dishonest and rude.

I absolutely love this place. My car was running hot and I passed other shops to get to Windermere Auto because I knew that they were honest and would give me the best price in town.
