The video is even worse my whole bumper is falling off no clips no bolts. Thank you very much Gerber for having me driving around unsafe car for a month telling me not to wash my car, finally Im washing it taking a closer look and this is what I see.Dont trust Gerber collision. This is my second time using Gerber first time with my Dodge journey my front fender guard was missing.

I was referred to the Collier Center Greber by my insurance. It is further away but well worth the drive.It is a very professional company. Took care of rental car, got started on the work right away, gave regular updates on progress, used all BMW replacement parts AND DELIVERED A PERFECT REPAIR A DAY EARLY!!! I am very pleased with Gerber on Collier Center.

Had the left rear quarter panel repaired after a trucker hit me. They did a great job with the repair, but... somebody doinked the gear shift knob knocking the end off and when I asked about it nobody knew nothing. Some nit wit detailing my truck running his mouth not paying attention and not owning it. Folks, PHOTOGRAPH THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF YOUR VEHICLE when you drop it off, other wise when little things happen you will get nothing but crickets.

BK was the one helping me. She is very friendly and provided excellent customer service. She explained everything very well and got updates throughout the whole time the car was there. I would defintilty highly recommend them

I had a nasty door ding and would have bet that the door would need to be painted. Nope, thank goodness I am not a betting man because their paintless dent removal was perfect! Very pleasant staff as well.

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass on Collier Center Way, Naples Fl. The staff were professional and courteous. The repair looks perfect, and what a nice surprise....they cleaned the interior of the car. Wow!

This was my first time at a Gerber Collision & Glass here in Florida and I was amazed by how awesome they were. The staff is very friendly. They were excellent at keeping me updated on the status of my car. Will definitely come back here in the future should I need my car repaired again. Highly recommend!

After going and picking up our Jeep for repairs we didn’t even get out of the parking lot before the dash board lit up like a Christmas tree due to work that was done by of all places Tire Kingdom, why would you even think of sending a vehicle to a shop that has bad reviews instead of the dealership who knows how to CORRECTLY repair the vehicle especially with it being a rear axle! Your poor choice in sending my vehicle to a second rate shop and then telling me “it drove fine coming back” but yet you are holding a code reader to reset the codes! Really! so don’t feel they were being honest about that when we didn’t get a mile down the road! So here you go you earned it!

Few times have I had such excellent service. They over-delivered: contacted me daily on the progress and did excellent work . Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you Gerber.

This was the worst customer experience I have ever had as an adult. They bungled a simple repair, took 6 months to correct it and then did not correct it. The manager was disinterested for the most part and seemed annoyed.They did not replace gas tank filler. My wife poured gas all over the pavement. They misaligned body stickers. They replaced a panel with a dented panel. They took a car jack piece and I was stranded with no ability to change a spare months later. The paint work has bubbles and sand in it. (and still does) it was a $68,000 truck. They treated it like a winter beater. Danielle offered to fix and look at the situation but only wanted to placate me and have me disappear... it was a horrible experience from start to finish.

I got my car back 3 weeks later than they estimated. And it seems fine. After having my car back for a week I get pulled over and a ticket for having a brake light out. Come to find out they never put a bulb in. Just wondering what else has been forgotten or not tested before my car was sent out.I call to let them know and all I get is “that couldn’t have been us” even though they replaced the entire rear end of my car, so they would have had to do taillights also.They don’t seem reliable or responsible. Won’t be using again.

At my age (75 yrs) and having had much stress in the last 6 months of my life, I was incredibly surprised by the courtesy, professionalism and helpful ness of the staff at Gerber Collision on Collier Center Way. I was given attention immediately and the repair was done right then- as I waited !!. Kristin Johnson was particularly helpful and managed to get the repair to my car to fall within a price which I thought was well within my means.It is heartwarming to see that this kind of business still exists in the Greater Naples Area- Ive lived here 47 years and have seen such a change away from personal attention- Gerber Collision is a distinct exeption to that trend !!

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION! We had work completed there due to a fender bender. The amount of work they did was way more extensive than usual. They had our vehicle for over two months. Nobody knew what was going on and was told something different daily. 5 months later, my radiator needs replaced. This was replaced by Gerber and they are refusing to stand by their warranty. At minimum go to a different Gerber location. This place is terrible. Gerber has definitely gone down hill.

So I took my car to the Naples Gerber and was told it would be 4 days to fix my car. Thinking that that’s not bad. So when i went to rent my car and State Farm was paying 80% I decided on the Mercedes they offer me. Awesome car for $30 a day. Thursday evening I get a call from Gerber in Fort Myers saying they have my car and they will order the parts and I should have it by Thursday the following week. Not good. They had my car for 4 days already and I rented a high end car and State Farm only covers up to $1000. So the next day I take the Mercedes back and have to get a Nissan Versa. I’m posed I spent $163 out of pocket for no reason because my car wasn’t worked on yet so no I have to rent for another week. Well today I pick up my car and complain about how long it took and having to spend the extra cash on 5 days of no results on my car. Lee Bokar understood and we split the difference. Great way to do business. I expected a lot of arguing but he was great and the car looks amazing. Thanks Gerber

I brought my truck to Gerber because they have a partnership with Geico. I got my truck fixed in the same place I got my rental. Ill say that going into the shop I had very high expectations and I explained that to Clayton. Clayton assured me that I would get an excellent repair and Im telling you that he is a man of his word. He received some after market parts that were sub par and he sent them back until he knew that he had the right parts. Thank you Clayton and everybody else at Gerber, my truck looks brand new. I recommend Gerber to anyone who needs collision repair on their car or truck.

Great work although my 2018 did come back with a dirty interior .oh and it was flatbeded out to the Punta Gorda location for repairs.

First, I was told my car was going to be ready in 3 days. Then it was tomorrow, then tomorrow, and so on. Its been more than 10 days and every time I call I being told should be tomorrow. Those guys are a very bad joke!
