His team was efficient, professional, and left us with a new unit that was better instantly. Our ac is quieter than our old unit and gets the humidity out of the air leaving it much cooler on higher temperatures. So far, so good! I’d highly recommend them.

I called for an emergency service call Friday, over 4th of July weekend. They returned my call promptly and scheduled a tech out for early Saturday morning. The tech, Blaine, was on time and very thorough with his work and the explanation of the problem. He was efficient and the entire service call, including the charge for emergency service, very reasonable and under $200. I was sufficiently pleased with the experience that I asked Blain about a service contract. After he explained it to me I signed up. it was also very reasonable which includes 2 maintenance visits per year. I would recommend Pure Air for your A/C service needs.

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold so I called this horrible company and said a tech will be out in a couple hours. They collected a deposit of $129 for the service call. The tech said I need a new capacitor which he replaced. He then billed me another $235 for a $15 part and 5 minutes to install it. Total was $364. The tech that came was was extremely rude. When we talked to a manager at company the following day he said thats the going rate to replace that part. The whole experience was horrible and they are very rude. Do not use this company.

Had 2 full central AC systems installed today. Alonzo and his crew were here on time, they were very neat and cleaned up upon completion. Alonzo was also helpful with demonstrating the system. We had estimates from four other suppliers and after meeting with Roger, who provided estimate and recommendations, we decided to go with Pure Air.Very happy with decision. Having a major appliance like an A/C unit going down can be a stressful experience, especially in FL... especially right before a holiday. Pure Air had serviced my 9+ year old system about a year ago, and let me know that the unit was on its last legs. About 2 weeks ago, the outside unit started squealing on and off, and within a week the thermostat blanked out. With family coming to stay with us for the holidays in 2 days, I called Mike at Pure Air and he was extremely responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. They were not pushy about getting a new unit, but I knew that at 10 years old, a new system was our best option. After deciding to move forward, they did everything they could to expedite the process. Want to give a shout out to the team at Pure Air for my recent new HVAC system and Thermostat install. They were tremendous from the start. I gathered my initial 3 quotes which were derived from previous installer and maintenance company, who also did a great job, and two I found via BBB. Michael Elkins, Sales Manager for Pure Air quickly responded to my request and turned his quote around very quickly. He was the best of the group and know some dont like sales but he was outstanding by looking for areas to improve not just add the new system but make it work better. He was incredibly detailed in providing his quote too and a couple of options we discussed. Each area of need and requirement was line itemed and clearly stated what they would and would not do. The exclusions are also important. As a sales pro myself, I give Michael a lot of credit. He was timely, followed up and always did what he said he was going to do.Pure Airs team of Junior, Elvis and Jobanney were excellent as well. They arrived on time and immediately go to work. They were clean, attentive to detail and efficient. The speed at which they were able to get the system installed and running returning the cold air to my home was remarkable. This was a hot summer Friday so having they old AC removed and obviously not cooling made it refreshing to see them hammer through this job without sacrificing the quality of their work. In the last 10, I have had 3 air conditioning companies. For 3 years, Pure Air has been maintaining my system and they recently installed a new one for me. Pure Air is reliable and competent. We get what we pay for.

Scheduled an appointment because my AC shut off and they never showed up after pre-paying for them to come out here. Had to call them to see why their technician no showed in which they had no excuse other than hes running late. Very unprofessional when I called. They must be understaffed or unreliable. No thanks, I will take my business else where.

We had a service call in late 2020 for one of the units replaced in 2018. First they tried to charge us a service call when we were under labor warranty until June 2021. The technician that came out replaced the thermostat. The same issue kept happening, and the owner called my husband and told him we were a nuisance and they were charging us a nuisance fee. The issue was never fixed. once the temps started heating up again here in April, the issue got worse. The company then charged us another service fee (we are still under a labor warranty). After 4-5 technicians, the technician finally listened to us and replaced the thermostat, he tested the one installed in late 2020 and it DIDNT WORK. Now it works. But the issue is that the owner called, and called us a nuisance as well as charged us twice for service calls that fall under the labor warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HIGHLY UN-REPUTABLE.

The installer Alonzo and his team Jude and Giovanni were all professional, very friendly, they provided all the protections needed and cleaned up after they finished. I must say, I was a little apprehensive at first being a first time home buyer and not knowing what to expect. I, like most people not knowing who to call did some research and checked a lot of reviews. I could see that about 98% of them ranged from good to excellent so I called. I was very glad I did. The tech they sent was very professional, knew what he was doing, and most importantly explained everything to me as if he was teaching me the job as a trainee. This was very important because by doing so, he was able to explain everything to me in such a way that I was able to understand exactly what was going on and what was needed to make sure I knew how to keep my appliance running properly. The best part is he did it all without sounding condescending or demeaning. This to me is a sign of a true professional. The office staff I have to say was just as nice. The poor girl who answered the phone (which incidentally was on a Sunday), I could tell wasnt feeling very well. Hope youre feeling better. Even after apologizing for having to call on a Sunday, she seemed very helpful and made sure my call for help was responded to rather quickly. They did what was needed to make sure that my AC was up and running in record time and doing all this while saving me some money as well. I was offered a service/maintenance program which I thought made sense to have, it was affordable, and saved money on the service call. All in all, one of the best decisions Ive made. Our heating system failed on New Years Eve. PureAir sent Andy who was able to repair the unit short term but also found a damaged part and bad original installation. Andy had the office order the part and installed it today. The heater works even better than it did prior. The office was great on scheduling and we even spoke to the owner who is really a great guy. Their pricing is very fair and Andy’s knowledge of heat pump systems is incredible. We are so happy we found them.

Poor communication, 7 days after they inspected the system, presumably by a certified technician, they called me to tell me they finally got the part, however I called another company and they came to do ankther inspection and to find out that it was a simple fix. pureair just tried to make extra bucks by lying after the initial inspection. Total scammers! Beware. They try to get the extra money out of you and keep you hanging for a while! Do not use that business!!!

I called Pure Air in 2019 when my then 16 y/o system stopped working; to my surprise, they showed up the same day, it turned out to be an easy fix and I wasnt just told I needed a new system! I decided to call Pure Air and after I dialed, realized it was 4:50 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. Almost NO business answeres their phone then! Then a delightful woman answered, just like it was 9 in the morning! I have a Trane airconditioner and hadnt realized that Pure Air was one of the few factory authorized sales and repair locations for our area. I also have a Nexis wifi thermometer that they know how to program and repair.The woman stayed on the phone with me, well past 5 to assure me that an invoice I had received from a competitor for warranty work was fair and reasonable! She also explained how they run their operation, including price quotes so that there are no surprise invoices. I intend to use Pure Air in the future. SO professional with great customer service!

My residential air-conditioning system stopped working on a Sunday evening. I phoned pure air conditioning, asked for help, and a technician was at my door within one hour.On top of everything else, it was pouring rain. The technician simply asked to borrow an umbrella and proceeded to diagnose and fix the problem. Imagine my shock when he came to the door and presented me with a bill much more reasonable than his original estimate.Simply put, I highly recommend this company. The Pure Air office dispatch staff was completely understanding and A/C technicians Blaine and Joey were immediately responsive to our family’s A/C requirements. We care for a disabled young adult with respiratory issues that requires A/C to survive. Blaine arrived in the AM to initiate the thawing process on the system. Joey arrived in the PM after the system had thawed and he quickly and efficiently diagnosed and corrected the refrigerant issue. Got a new 2-stage Trane AC system installed by Pure Air. Price wa competitive and they had good reviews so we tried them. Installation team arrived on-time, finished ahead of schedule. Very polite, updated us on progress during the install. They cleaned up everything at the end, could not even tell they were there. The two service men, both Dustin & Brandon, where very professional, knowledgeable, thorough & helped fix the issue.We did a whole new air conditioner replacement/ install almost 1 year ago, in July. Unfortunately, we’ve had a year of issues not feeling the “coolness” we had prior. This issue continued for almost a year, never feeling ‘convinced’ that the next service man would actually fix & started to question the hired team’s knowledge as the same coolness issue would repeat itself & the new service man saying they ‘fixed’. Our best scenario was always short lived, only a bandaid, falling off, as we would then need to call again, on the same issue.I do want to say though, a big shout-out to Pure Air’s very prompt service & callback, which is greatly appreciated as their scheduler is always on top of it, super pleasant & would get a new service guy to come out.Brandon was our last week’s service man that successfully pinpointed the issues, so when I requested him to come back to ‘fix’ the issues (closing off one return vent that could feel attic heat to fixing a tear in the duct), Pure Air also brought Dustin as well. These two men both get a 5 star review. Dustin brought an added level of knowledge to how our thermostat was set, recalibrated & with both their help, I’m already feeling the positive cooling results.I suggest Pure Air to use both these men’s knowledge & should roll out some type of process, using them as a ‘final check’ - coming to people’s home direct after a new unit is installed because had this process been done upfront prior, this would not only save the company money, but it would confirm the company’s knowledge & quality output, as I know Pure Air already wins having great prompt customer service.Thank you Dustin & Brandon!

This company is how all other companies should model themselves after. They have been so incredibly helpful, honest, and very reasonable when it comes to pricing. I have had them come out on the weekend and help with a simple fix, and they barely charged me for it. I just had a free estimate and the technician (Scott) tried to fix my problem without even being asked. They truly are a fantastic company and Im so glad to have found them as a resource.

I cannot put into words how impressed I am with this company. Our A/C was 12+ years old and Pure Air tried everything and then some, to get it back up and running. When all else failed, it had been decided that it was time to have a new unit installed. This decision was made Friday after 5pm. After not having A/C for 3 days, I gave the Tech a desperate look, asking when they could come back to install.. he gave me a firm time of 9:30am the NEXT morning- which was a Saturday. They dont typically do installs on Saturdays but they made an exception for me! They showed up at 9am the next morning (early!) and installed out new unit.. I am just so thankful! I was starting to lose all faith in humanity and Pure Air showed me that good people still exist! Thank you so much

I had an issue with a coil that was identified just past the warranty date, and Pure Air went out of their way to resolve the issue. They were helpful, communicative, and informative, which allowed us to get the issue resolved. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Our new to us home on Marco survived Irma and so did my recently Pureair installed Trane AC system that was set atop a pair of custom made aluminum brackets 10 feet up in the air that could probably hold my car. No flood waters touched, nor any of the 130+ mph winds that claimed both of my neighbors pool cages, lanais and a roof could move my compressor... a testament to a great design, plan and installation just recently completed. That was just one of the solutions the guys at Pureair came up with for our stilt home.We had a total AC overhaul that included a complete new HVAC system, but not just a simple swap out of an old system....We had a very specific set of requirements which included relocation of the air handler to the attic in order to gain more square footage for a closet, relocation of HVAC return so it wasnt an eyesore and improve efficiency, air purification system, new ducts, new vents, increase insulation, etc... We also wanted to raise the compressor 10 feet to match our stilt home to avoid potential flood waters in the event of a storm. (A complete review of which could and should be read on Angieslist.) It would be an understatement to say that Pureair went above and beyond with the initial install... they knocked it out of the park when they decided to swap out the initial system they had just installed because it wasnt performing as promised. Now thats great customer service. BTW... the work was done on time and within budget.Back to post hurricane Irma... When the power came back on Marco, so did my Trane unit! Fast forward a couple of weeks and having finished hurricane debris clean up, I decided to finish some last pieces of baseboard installation. But what Irma couldnt do to our Trane unit, an errand nail from the baseboard installation did, by puncturing both refrigeration lines and leaving us without any AC. I promptly called Pureair and explained what had occurred and in the midst of all of the post hurricane service calls and repairs, they made time to come out and address the issue... even if it meant finishing the job at 10 PM!!!! Its just another example of great service. Thanks again Mike and the crew at Pureair.... Youve come through.... Once again... proving youre the right choice for our AC needs in Southwest Florida.

Our technician, Andrew, was great! He was very thorough and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very patient and took the time to explain the what the issue was. He fixed the ac very quickly! He was very trustworthy and is a great representation the company’s customer service. Would definitely use them for future work. Thank you!

Mike arrived in a timely manner and was very professional. He spent time discussing options with me and discussed potential cost differences. He also completed 2 different proposals per my request, for 2 of the main options we discussed. He did not discuss the cheapest option, which another company immediately volunteered, discussed at length with us, and ultimately was able to make happen for us at a MUCH cheaper cost.

Exception service from KENDRA on scheduling during the pandemic! Reviewed my account history to correct an error and searched for a appointment to meet a difficult schedule. There should be more firm reps like KENDRA...

Probably the best experience with an air conditioning company since moving here in ‘05. The installation crew were very adept at making sure I was comfortable while they changed out the ac system a few days ago. They had drop cloths and wore shoe covers whenever they needed to come in and out. They answered any and all questions I had about operating the thermostat. Very pleased with the work they did! Absolutely would recommend them to anyone who asks for an honest, professional air company!

Shopping for a/c units can be nerve wracking! Especially if youre someone that researches everything including brands of the units and the companies that install them. From start to finish Michael E, AJ and Jude absolutely went above and beyond for me and my family, making special accommodations to make sure the job was done quickly and correctly. They are one heck of a team and great guys to boot!

Scott, Blaine, the manager Roger and the girls in customer service were great and very professional in working on a difficult job. No fault of their company, they went far beyond the situation to make sure we were cool and comfortable during the circumstances. They did everything possible to fix my system, even at extra expense to the company. Ive dealt with several other AC companies and none of them come close to their service.
