We chose Complete Care via recommendation. They came the next day as promised, diagnosed our problem, repaired the clog drain that had shut down our A/C Unit, evaluated, cleaned & serviced the entire unit and reassured us that it was in good mechanical condition at 14 years old. Their Representative, Hayden, was terrific in keeping us informed and communicating throughout his trip. We felt their price was reasonable & that we received good value for the services they provided. We will definitely use them again.

Made a diagnosis quickly, had the parts on his truck and fixed the A/C.BTW another company had come out the week before and said they couldnt find anything wrong. Very happy with the service we received. Our A/C went out and Complete Care Air was at the house on a Monday with the news that we needed a new unit. New installation was done on Thursday but they came each day in between if we needed more freon to keep us running. The installation went well and the guys were very professional and friendly. They came when they said they would; and the price was very competitive. We also signed up for the annual maintenance agreement. We would highly recommend them.

Our AC stopped working Saturday evening, on a very hot night. I called Scott and left a message... he called within minutes, tried to diagnose on the phone, and when that failed he came in first thing Sunday morning. The fan motor was dead. he replaced it with a better motor he had in his van, and 30 minutes later all was repaired and working. What a great experience weve had with this company so far. Recently moved to Naples, and had a bunch of A/C problems that we inherited from the previous owner, despite a different company supposedly doing a thorough service and maintenance as part of our home inspection before moving in. We had three different companies come give us a quote for a new AC. We got a much nicer unit from Complete Care Air at the same price the other two companies quoted us for a smaller, lower quality unit. Scott is very knowledgeable, honest, and was generous enough to let us set up a payment plan for some of the cost (which fortunately we did not end up having to do). He came within in a week and did a great job installing the unit. He does great, high quality work, and we will surely have him continue to maintain our new AC!

We had Scott over to check out the condition of our AC unit which is 16 years old knowing that we are going to have to replace it in the near future. Scott was open and honest with us, stated that the unit mechanically was running fine but could stop working at any time. Our A/C stopped working on a weekend night and Scott came over in about an hour after finishing another job. He fixed the problem right away (a clogged drain line) all the while patiently explaining what he was doing and what I could do on my own. He also serviced the system and offered a service contract for twice yearly visits at a very reasonable price, which includes 15% discounts for parts and labor. We signed and will see him again in six months.

I made a late night call due to no cold air coming from the vents. It was 84 in my house and rising. They arrived approx 30 mins after my call and were super professional and quiet (my daughter was sleeping). They fixed the problem quickly and the price wasnt as bad as I had expected. They had the correct part needed on the truck and everything was good to go. They even stayed to make sure that the thermostat wasnt going to reset (which it did and they fixed that). I ended up getting the service plan and know that if I have any problems, day or night, I am covered.
