Tara, Brian, and David were excellent people to work with. They worked around my familys schedule and were always on time. I highly recommend their service. They always make sure to accommodate your situation even when things are tough. Additionally, they were even able to give solutions or ideas to problems unrelated to stairlifts when told about our situation.

Tara is so wonderful. She came to our house a few days ago and went over her chairs with my wife and I.my wife picked one and today Tara and Brian installed it .very high Quality lift chair. Tara is so nice I consider my self lucky to have met her 😊. P.S I had to step out on my front porch because I had 2 hours to do my final exam for a class I so enjoyed talking with Tara so much I would have never got it done if I didnt go on front porch. We just had a Handicare 1100 model stair lift installed for my mom, and are very happy with its installment/functionality. The cost was very reasonable and included expert installation -- we were fortunate enough to buy a hardly-used rental for a good discount.During the process, I talked to Jennifer several times and she was very helpful in answering all my questions and reviewing our options. Tara came over the house to determine how/where to install the railing, and due to limited space in entryway, helped us figure out the best place to install. Great service from beginning to end! In less than one month, we got our handrail installed. The biggest delays came from the city inspectors, so not the companys fault at all. All the staff was very professional and courteous. All the staff we interacted with took the proper precautions of wearing a mask, or social distance. They sent everything through e-mail for me sign and send back. They did their best to maintain everything as contactless as possible due to the pandemic. The handrail was installed in a couple hours. We really loved and enjoyed the quality and look of our handrail.

We enjoyed talking and working with all the people there. Jennifer was great at showing us the different products and Tara and Brain did a great job of installing the lift we chose. After it was installed there was nothing for us to clean up and the instructions for use were very through.

I would like to recommend 101 Mobility of Naperville for their excellent service. I reached out to them after my vertical lift stopped working. I was unable to have access to get both of my children out of the house in their wheelchairs. Tara reached out to me within hours of requesting a quote. Jennifer assisted in scheduling a service visit to assess repairs.Upon assessing the problem, they were quick to order the part. Brian and Tara arrived at my house completed all the repairs to the vertical lift the same day. It was very helpful since my daughter was in a cast and couldnt assist much physically to come out house without wheelchair. It was a necessity to have our lift in working order. The cost of repair was reasonable considering the work done. Another vendor had quoted me for double the price which included the kit. 101 Mobility concluded that the issue would be resolved with part of the kit and there was no need to purchase the whole kit. I was most amazed at Taras understanding and response in trying to resolve the issue. I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to them again if the need arises.

We needed a lift for my wife who has severe back pain. 101 Mobility was local so I called them first. That was the last call I had to make. Tara came out within a couple of days (wearing a mask + social distancing) and was very knowledgeable about the various options. It was a little more then we cared to spend - so we were going to hold off. A couple of days later, Jennifer let me know they had an excellet refurb for about 1/2 the price. No brainer. 5 days later it was installed quickly by Brian and were golden. Great buying experience and incredible customer service. Would always recommend!!

Tara, Brian and Jennifer did a fantastic job installing a railing to assist us with entering and exiting the rear of our home due to health issues. They handled the entire installation process from coming to our home to access our needs to handling the Homeowners Association approval process thru the installation. The railing looks beautiful and most of all addressed our needs to make our patio accessible. They arrive when they say that they would and on time. From our first meeting with Tara we knew that she was sincere and had our safety in mind. Brian came to our house to plan and discuss the project in advance of the installation. The wonderful young lady who came out and measured and talked about my options was great. My Dad was sick and we didnt know how much longer he would be here, she said for me that renting was the way to go.They were so very kind. From the person who came out and interviewed me for what I needed help with, to the gentleman that installed it and removed it.I highly recommend this company.

We just moved to Oswego Illinois and called 101 mobility to install a chairlift we brought with usu . The installer Brian was wonderful!! He came out looked at our equipment, came the next day and installed our chair lift for our mother. Some of the parts were broken or incorrect for this house. Instead of giving up he was able to take apart an older model he had in the shop and correct our lift. He went above and beyond to help us use the lift we already had. This became a complicated installation and not once did he hesitate to get it done .Everyone is the utmost professional and very nice .Im so happy we called them and with our results. We will be installing a brand new chairlift when our construction is done on the basement and Im so happy we have an amazing reliablecompany for this job. I cant recommend them enough!!
