Its the worst place to get your taxes services. They charge for services which are not applicable. I was charged for payroll services for the whole year where they only ran them for two months. They charged all kind of fees, misguided me throughout the year and refused submit business taxes. Pramod doesnt get on the phone if you have any questions but when it comes to their payments he will call. He is very unprofessional person and argues without listening what other person has to say. I would suggest do not go to this place.

Beware: Greatways incentivizes their patrons to leave reviews in exchange to be entered in giveaways - this likely leads to inflated ratings.I went to Pramod for personal taxes and was profoundly disappointed. Primarily, he was disrespectful; when I wanted clarification, he told me to figure it out outside his office so he can take the next client. He also gave me incorrect information at one point (which could have cost me thousands of dollars). Pramod simply failed to take the time to listen or understand any of my concerns. On top of that, there were several typos in critical areas of the documents he composed.
