Lisa was a lifesaver!! My mom sold her house in Lisle and needed help sorting through a lifetime of belongings and purging to move down to Florida. In less than one month, Lisa helped her make all of the necessary decisions, schedule movers, coordinate the transfer of her car, donate furniture and other household items and clean out the property to prepare for closing. I honestly dont know what we would have done without the help. The only challenge we had was that the property was not left in acceptable condition for the buyers and we had to pay a little extra. All in all, I still give 5 stars because it was worth every penny! Thank you Lisa and team.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Ms. Rancich. Our experience was disappointing as we never felt she actively tried to sell our moms condo, but rather, was anxious to collect her commission. She failed to return our text and voice mail requests to call us and then opted to text us two weeks later on the day of closing to offer her congratulations. While the condo sold and closed within 60 days of listing, we did not feel confident in her overall approach which fell short of and changed many representations she had initially made regarding property value and services to help move out personal belongings.

When the time comes that you realize your parents are unable to live on their own….and you are unable to provide a safe environment in which they can thrive….it is a very difficult time for all. Lisa was able to provide the support and resources for all parties involved. She will assure your parents of their worth. She will list and sell their home. She will help them to decide what possessions will fit in the new place of residence. She will remove all items left in the home after family has taken what they want. The day they move into their new “home”; it will look like home. Furniture is arranged, pictures will be on the wall, clothes in the closets, beds are made and food is in the fridge. My sister and I are employed and hadn’t a clue how we could pull this off. Lisa made it all possible and we are eternally grateful for her support and services. Thank you Lisa!

Could not be more pleased with Lisa and her crew of professionals Mom moved to an assisted living facility which uses Lisas company for relocation services. Presto came to her condo with the floor plan for her new place, helped her decide where items could be placed, next day were there to pack, third day all items were placed in her unit down to pictures on the walls! Totally patient, totally professional. Lisa even supplied market evaluation of her condo in a no pressure manner. She made a very taxing time of in lives a lot easier to deal with.
